ପଥ ପାଶର୍ବସ୍ଥ କୌଣସି ଗଛ ରେ କିଅବା ଭୂମିରେ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ରେ କୌଣସି ପକ୍ଷୀର ବସା ରେ ଛକ୍ସ୍ଟଆ କିଅବା ଡିମ୍ବ ଥାଏ ଏବଂ ସହେି ଡିମ୍ବ ଉପରେ ବା ପକ୍ଷୀ ଛକ୍ସ୍ଟଆ ଉପରେ ଯଦି ମା ପକ୍ଷୀ ବସିଥାଏ, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପକ୍ଷୀ ସହିତ ଛକ୍ସ୍ଟଆକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଣିବ ନାହିଁ।

If a bird's nest chance to be before you in the way, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs, and the hen sitting on the young, or on the eggs, you shall not take the hen with the young:
