ଓଡ଼ିଆ ବାଇବେଲ
ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ରାଜା ଯେତବେେଳେ ଚିଠିଟି ପାଠ କଲେ ସେ ଦୁଃଖ ରେ ନିଜର ବସ୍ତ୍ରକୁ ଚିରି କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ୟିଏ ମୃତ ଓ ଜନ୍ମ ଦବୋ ମାରେଅଧିନ ରେ ଅଟେ କି? କାହିଁକି ଚର୍ମ ରୋଗରୁ ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ ହବେ ବୋଲି ଅରାମ୍ ରାଜା ମାେ ପାଖକୁ ଜଣେ ଲୋକ ପଠାଇଛି? ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ବିନଯ କରୁଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବିଗ୍ଭର କର। ସେ କିପରି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଗୋଟିଏ ତୃଟି ପାଇବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଅଛି।

It happened, when the king of Israel had read the letter, that he tore his clothes, and said, Am I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man does send to me to recover a man of his leprosy? but consider, I pray you, and see how he seeks a quarrel against me.
