1ଥରେ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ରାଜପଦ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅଭିଷକେ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପଠାଇଥିଲେ। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଣ।
1Samuel said to Saul, Yahweh sent me to anoint you to be king over his people, over Israel: now therefore listen you to the voice of the words of Yahweh.
2ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ, 'ଯେତବେେଳେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟମାନେ ମିଶରରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବାହାରି ଆସିଲେ, ଅମାଲକେୀଯମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ କାନନେ ୟିବା ରେ ବାଧା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବେ। ମୁ ଦେଖିଛି ଯାହା ସବୁ ଅମାଲକେୀଯମାନେ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
2Thus says Yahweh of Hosts, I have marked that which Amalek did to Israel, how he set himself against him in the way, when he came up out of Egypt.
3ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଅମାଲକେୀଯ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ଘାଷେଣା କର। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଶ୍ଚିତଭାବେ ଅମାଲକେୀଯମାନଙ୍କର ସର୍ବସ୍ବ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିପାରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ କିଛି ଜୀବନ୍ତ ଛାଡି ଆସିବ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମସ୍ତ ପୁରୁଷ, ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ, େଛାଟପିଲା ଏପରିକି ଶିଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଛକ୍ସ୍ଟଆକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମଧ୍ଯ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବ। ଆହକ୍ସ୍ଟରି ମଧ୍ଯ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଗାଈ, ମେଣ୍ତା, ଓଟ ଓ ଗଧମାନଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବ।'
3Now go and strike Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and don't spare them; but kill both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.
4ଶାଉଲ ଟଲାଯୀମ୍ ରେ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଏକଜକ୍ସ୍ଟଟ କଲେ। ସଠାେରେ 2,00,000 ପଦାତିକ ଓ ଅନ୍ଯାନ୍ଯ 10,000 ଲୋକ ୟିହକ୍ସ୍ଟଦାର ଥିଲେ।
4Saul summoned the people, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah.
5ତା'ପରେ ଶାଉଲ ଅମାଲକେ ସହରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗଲେ ଏବଂ ଉପତ୍ୟକା ରେ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କଲେ।
5Saul came to the city of Amalek, and laid wait in the valley.
6ଶାଉଲ କନୋଯମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ୟାଅ, ଅମାଲକେ ଛାଡି ଗ୍ଭଲିୟାଅ। କାରଣ ମୁ ଅମାଲକେୀଯଙ୍କ ସହ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବାକୁ ଗ୍ଭ ହେଁ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିଶର ଛାଡି ଆସିବା ବେଳେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦୟା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିଥିଲ। ତେଣୁ କନେୀଯମାନେ ଅମାଲକେ ପ୍ରତ୍ଯାବର୍ତ୍ତନ କଲେ।
6Saul said to the Kenites, Go, depart, get you down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them; for you shown kindness to all the children of Israel, when they came up out of Egypt. So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites.
7ଶାଉଲ ଅମାଲକମାନଙ୍କେୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କଲେ। ସେ ହବୀଲାଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମିଶର ସୀମାବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟରର ନିକଟ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଅମାଲକେୀଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କଲେ।
7Saul struck the Amalekites, from Havilah as you go to Shur, that is before Egypt.
8ସେ ଅମାଲକେୀଯ ରାଜା ଅଗାଗ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ଧରିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତାଙ୍କ ସନୋବୀହିନୀର ଅନ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହତ୍ଯା କଲେ।
8He took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.
9ଯାହା ହେଉ ଶାଉଲ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନେ ସବୁଠକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଭଲ ମଷେ, ବଳଦ ଓ ହୃଷ୍ଟପୃଷ୍ଟ ମଷେ ଶାବକଗୁଡିକୁ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଉପ ଯୋଗୀ ସାମଗ୍ରି ସମାନେେ ରଖିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ସହେି ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚାହିଁଲେ ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ କବଳେ ରଖିବା ଉପଯୋଗୀ ନ ହବୋ ଜିନିଷକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ନଷ୍ଟ କଲେ।
9But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and wouldn't utterly destroy them: but everything that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.
10ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପାଖରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଏକ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପାଇଲେ।
10Then came the word of Yahweh to Samuel, saying,
11ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ,ଶାଉଲ ମାେତେ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସରଣ କରୁନାହିଁ। ତେଣୁ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ରାଜା କରିଥିବାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମୁ ଦକ୍ସ୍ଟଃଖିତ ଅଟେ। ସେ ମାରେ ଆଦେଶକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କଲା। ଏଥି ରେ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ କୋର୍ଧିତ ହେଲେ ଏବଂ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ସାରା ରାତି ଚିତ୍କାର କରି କାନ୍ଦିଲେ।
11It repents me that I have set up Saul to be king; for he is turned back from following me, and has not performed my commandments. Samuel was angry; and he cried to Yahweh all night.
12ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ତା'ପରଦିନ ପ୍ରତକ୍ସ୍ଟ୍ଯଷରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତାଙ୍କ ରାସ୍ତା ରେ ଗଲେ। ଲୋକମାନେ ଶାମୁୟେଲଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଶାଉଲ ୟିହକ୍ସ୍ଟଦାର କର୍ମିଲ୍ ସହରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆସିଥିଲେ। ଶାଉଲ ସଠାେକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମାନାର୍ଥେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ତମ୍ଭ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବାକୁ ଗଲେ। ଶାଉଲ ସବୁଆଡେ ୟାତ୍ରା କରି ସାରିବା ପରେ ଗିଲଗଲ୍ ରେ ପହନ୍ଚିବେ।
12Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning; and it was told Samuel, saying, Saul came to Carmel, and, behold, he set him up a monument, and turned, and passed on, and went down to Gilgal.
13ତେଣୁ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଶାଉଲ ଥିବା ସ୍ଥାନକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ୟାତ୍ରା କଲେ। ଶାଉଲ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଅଭ୍ଯର୍ଥନା କଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରନ୍ତକ୍ସ୍ଟ। ମୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ମାନିଛି।
13Samuel came to Saul; and Saul said to him, Blessed are you by Yahweh: I have performed the commandment of Yahweh.
14କିନ୍ତୁ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ କହିଲେ, ତବେେ ଏହା କ'ଣ, ମୁ ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଣିଅଛି? ମୁ କାହିଁକି ମଷେର ଭେଁ ଭେଁ ଶଦ୍ଦ ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଣକ୍ସ୍ଟଅଛି ଏବଂ ଗାଈର ହମ୍ବାରବ ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଣକ୍ସ୍ଟଛି?
14Samuel said, What means then this bleating of the sheep in my ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear?
15ଶାଉଲ କହିଲେ, ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଅମାଲକେୀୟମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି। ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ଉତ୍ତମ ଗୋରୁ ଓ ମଷେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶଓରଙ୍କୁ ବଳିଦବୋ ନିମନ୍ତେ ରଖିଲେ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିନାଶ କଲେ।
15Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites: for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice to Yahweh your God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed.
16ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, କହିବା ବନ୍ଦ କର! ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ଗଲା ରାତି ରେ ଯାହା କରିଛନ୍ତି ତାହା ମୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କହିବି। ଶାଉଲ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ମାେତେ କକ୍ସ୍ଟହ।
16Then Samuel said to Saul, Stay, and I will tell you what Yahweh has said to me this night. He said to him, Say on.
17ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ କହିଲେ, ଅତୀତ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ୍ଯ ବୋଲି ଭାବକ୍ସ୍ଟ ନ ଥିଲ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତା'ପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକର ମୂଖ୍ଯ ହାଇେ ପାରିଲ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ରାଜା ଭାବେ ବାଛିଲେ।
17Samuel said, "Though you were little in your own sight, weren't you made the head of the tribes of Israel? Yahweh anointed you king over Israel;
18ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ୟାତ୍ରା ରେ ପଠାଇ କହିଲେ, 'ୟାଅ, ସହେି ଅମାଲକେୀଯ ପାପୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା କର। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସଐୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ଧ୍ବଂସ ନକରିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ତାଙ୍କ ସହ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କର।'
18and Yahweh sent you on a journey, and said, 'Go, and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they are consumed.'
19କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ଯ ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଣିଲ ନାହିଁ କାହିଁକି? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଚାହିଁଲ ସେ ଲକ୍ସ୍ଟଟଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଯାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରେ ମନ୍ଦ ଅଟେ।
19Why then didn't you obey the voice of Yahweh, but flew on the spoil, and did that which was evil in the sight of Yahweh?"
20ଶାଉଲ କହିଲେ, ମୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ କଥା ମାନିଥିଲି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ଯେଉଁଠାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପଠାଇ ଥିଲେ, ମୁ ସଠାେକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ୟାଇଥିଲି, ମୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଅମାଲକେୀଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିଥିଲି। ମୁ ଅମାଲକେୀଯ ରାଜାଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଣିଥିଲି ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କଲି ା
20Saul said to Samuel, Yes, I have obeyed the voice of Yahweh, and have gone the way which Yahweh sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites.
21ଏବଂ ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ଗିଲ୍ଗଲ ରେ ଉତ୍ତମ ମେଣ୍ତା ଓ ଗୋରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠା ରେ ବଳିଦାନ ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ରଖିଲେ।
21But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the devoted things, to sacrifice to Yahweh your God in Gilgal.
22କିନ୍ତୁ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ କ'ଣ ଅଧିକ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ କଲ, ହାମବେଳି, ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ନା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ଆଦେଶଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ପାଳନ କରିବା? ପରମେଶ୍ବର ହୃଷ୍ଟପୃଷ୍ଟ ମଷେର ବଳିଦାନଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତାଙ୍କର ଆଜ୍ଞାମାନକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଥିବା ଲୋକଠା ରେ ଅଧିକ ସନ୍ତକ୍ସ୍ଟଷ୍ଟ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅନ୍ତି।
22Samuel said, Has Yahweh as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of Yahweh? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams.
23ବିଦ୍ରୋହିତା ମନ୍ତ୍ରପାଠ ପାପତକ୍ସ୍ଟଲ୍ଯ ଓ ଅବାଧ୍ଯତା ଅବସ୍ତକ୍ସ୍ଟର ଓ ଠାକକ୍ସ୍ଟରମାନଙ୍କର ପୂଜାତକ୍ସ୍ଟଲ୍ଯ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ଯ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟଚ୍ଛ କରିଅଛ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେ ମଧ୍ଯ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରାଜା ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟଚ୍ଛ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
23For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim. Because you have rejected the word of Yahweh, he has also rejected you from being king.
24ତା'ପରେ ଶାଉଲ ଶାମୁୟେଲଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ମୁ ପାପ କରିଅଛି। କାରଣ ମୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଓ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଉଲ୍ଲଘଂନ କରିଅଛି। ମୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୟକରି ସମାନଙ୍କେ କଥା ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଣିଲି।
24Saul said to Samuel, I have sinned; for I have transgressed the commandment of Yahweh, and your words, because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice.
25ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମୁ ମାେ ପାପ କ୍ଷମା କରିବାକୁ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟ ରୋଧ କରୁଛି, ଓ ମୁ ଯମେନ୍ତ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଉପାସନା କରିପା ରେ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମାେ ସାଙ୍ଗ ରେ ଫରେିଆସ।
25Now therefore, please pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship Yahweh.
26କିନ୍ତୁ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ମୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଫରେି ୟିବି ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ଯକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଅବମାନନା କରିଅଛ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ରାଜା ପାଇଁ ମନା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
26Samuel said to Saul, I will not return with you; for you have rejected the word of Yahweh, and Yahweh has rejected you from being king over Israel.
27ଯେତବେେଳେ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଫରେିୟିବା ପାଇଁ ବାହାରନ୍ତେ, ସେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଗ୍ଭଗୋର ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଧରି ଟାଣିଲେ, ତହିଁରେ ତାହା ଚିରିଗଲା।
27As Samuel turned about to go away, Saul laid hold on the skirt of his robe, and it tore.
28ଏଣୁ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ତାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆଜି ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ରାଜତ୍ବ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ନଇଗେଲେ ଓ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଜଣେ ଉତ୍ତମ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଦେଲେ, ୟିଏକି ତୁମ୍ଭର ସାଙ୍ଗ। ଉତ୍ତମ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଏକ ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତାହା ଦେଲେ।
28Samuel said to him, Yahweh has torn the kingdom of Israel from you this day, and has given it to a neighbor of yours who is better than you.
29ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସବୁଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଏହିଠା ରେ ବାସ କରିବେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମିଛ କହନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ କି ସେ ତାଙ୍କର ମତ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ନକ୍ସ୍ଟହଁନ୍ତି ଯେ କି ତାଙ୍କର ମତ ବଦଳାଇ ଦବେେ।
29Also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent; for he is not a man, that he should repent.
30ଶାଉଲ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ମୁ ପାପ କରିଅଛି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଓ ପ୍ରାଚୀନବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ରେ ମାରେ ସମ୍ମାନ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ମାେ ସହିତ ଫରେିଆସ। ମୁ ଯେପରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଉପାସନା କରିବି, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମାେ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଫରେି ଆସ।
30Then he said, I have sinned: yet honor me now, Please, before the elders of my people, and before Israel, and turn again with me, that I may worship Yahweh your God.
31ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ସହିତ ପରେିଯାନ୍ତେ ଶାଉଲ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଉପାସନା କଲେ।
31So Samuel turned again after Saul; and Saul worshiped Yahweh.
32ତା'ପରେ, ଅଗାଗ୍ ଲୌହ ଶିଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟଳି ରେ ବନ୍ଧା ହାଇେ ତାଙ୍କ ଆଗକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଅଣାଗଲା।
32Then said Samuel, Bring you here to me Agag the king of the Amalekites. Agag came to him cheerfully. Agag said, Surely the bitterness of death is past.
33କିନ୍ତୁଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଅଗାଗକକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଯମେନ୍ତ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସନ୍ତାନ ହିନ କରିଅଛି, ଯମେନ୍ତ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମାତା ସନ୍ତାନହିତ ହବେ। ତହକ୍ସ୍ଟଁ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଗିଲ୍ଗଲ୍ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ରେ ଅଗାଗକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଖଣ୍ତ ଖଣ୍ତ କରି ହାଣିଲେ।
33Samuel said, As your sword has made women childless, so shall your mother be childless among women. Samuel hewed Agag in pieces before Yahweh in Gilgal.
34ଏଥି ଉତ୍ତା ରେ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ରାମାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗଲେ। ପକ୍ସ୍ଟଣି ଶାଉଲ ଗିବିଯା ସ୍ଥିତ ଆପଣା ଗୃହକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗଲେ।
34Then Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house to Gibeah of Saul.
35ତା'ପରେ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ତାଙ୍କ ଜୀବନର ଶଷେ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କବେବେି ଦେଖିଲେ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଶୋକ କଲେ। ପକ୍ସ୍ଟଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଉପରେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ରାଜା କରିବାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟତାପ କଲେ।
35Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death; for Samuel mourned for Saul: and Yahweh repented that he had made Saul king over Israel.
