भ्रष्ट झालेली स्त्री, वेश्या किंवा टाकलेली स्त्री अथवा विधवा स्त्री ह्यापैकी कोणाही स्त्रीला त्याने बायको करुन घेऊ नये; तर त्याने आपल्या लोकांतील एखाद्या कुमारिकेशीच लग्न करावे.

A widow, or one divorced, or a woman who has been defiled, or a prostitute, these he shall not marry: but a virgin of his own people shall he take as a wife.
