परमेश्वराचे म्हणणे असे आहे ‘आपल्या बांधवांशीच लढू नका. प्रत्येकाने घरी जावे. मीच हे सर्व व्हायला कारणीभूत आहे.”‘ तेव्हा राजा रहबाम आणि त्याचे सैन्य यांनी परमेश्वराचा संदेश मानला आणि ते परतले. यराबामवर त्यांनी हल्ला केला नाही.

Thus says Yahweh, You shall not go up, nor fight against your brothers: return every man to his house; for this thing is of me. So they listened to the words of Yahweh, and returned from going against Jeroboam.
