ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣ ವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ಈ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುವವನು ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

He who loves his life will lose it. He who hates his life in this world will keep it to eternal life.
