યહોવા કહે છે, “હવે હું ઊભો થઇશ અને તમારું રક્ષણ કરવા આવીશ, કારણ કે ગરીબો લૂટાયા તેને લીધે તેઓ નિસાસા લઇ રહ્યાં છે. તેઓને જે સુરક્ષાની જરૂર છે તે હું તેમને આપીશ.”
