1তোমরা সদাপ্রভুর প্রশংসা কর; সদাপ্রভুর নামের প্রশংসা কর, হে সদাপ্রভুর দাসগণ, তোমরা প্রশংসা কর;
1Praise Yah! Praise the name of Yahweh! Praise him, you servants of Yahweh,
2তোমরা, যাহারা সদাপ্রভুর গৃহে দাঁড়াইয়া থাক, আমাদের ঈশ্বরের গৃহ-প্রাঙ্গণে দাঁড়াইয়া থাক।
2You who stand in the house of Yahweh, In the courts of our God's house.
3সদাপ্রভুর প্রশংসা কর, কেননা সদাপ্রভু মঙ্গলময়; তাঁহার নামের উদ্দেশে সঙ্গীত কর, কেননা তাহা মনোহর।
3Praise Yah, for Yahweh is good. Sing praises to his name, for that is pleasant.
4কারণ সদাপ্রভু আপনার নিমিত্ত যাকোবকে, নিজস্ব অধিকার বলিয়া ইস্রায়েলকে মনোনীত করিয়াছেন।
4For Yah has chosen Jacob for himself; Israel for his own possession.
5আমি ত জানি, সদাপ্রভু মহান, আমাদের প্রভু সমস্ত দেবতা অপেক্ষা মহান্‌।
5For I know that Yahweh is great, That our Lord is above all gods.
6সদাপ্রভু যাহা ইচ্ছা করিয়াছেন, তাহাই করিয়াছেন, আকাশে, পৃথিবীতে, সমুদ্র-সমূহে ও সমস্ত জলধি-মধ্যে করিয়াছেন।
6Whatever Yahweh pleased, that he has done, In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps;
7তিনি পৃথিবীর প্রান্ত হইতে বাষ্প উত্থাপন করেন, তিনি বৃষ্টির নিমিত্ত বিদ্যুৎ গঠন করেন, আপন ভাণ্ডার হইতে বায়ু বাহির করিয়া আনেন।
7Who causes the clouds to rise from the ends of the earth; Who makes lightnings with the rain; Who brings forth the wind out of his treasuries;
8তিনি মিসরের প্রথমজাতদিগকে আঘাত করিয়াছিলেন, মনুষ্য ও পশু উভয়ের মধ্যে।
8Who struck the firstborn of Egypt, Both of man and animal;
9হে মিসর! তিনি তোমার মধ্যে চিহ্ন ও লক্ষণমালা পাঠাইয়াছিলেন, ফরৌণের ও তাঁহার সমস্ত দাসের বিরুদ্ধে।
9Who sent signs and wonders into the midst of you, Egypt, On Pharaoh, and on all his servants;
10তিনি আঘাত করিয়াছিলেন বড় বড় জাতিকে, বধ করিয়াছিলেন বিক্রমী রাজগণকে;
10Who struck many nations, And killed mighty kings,
11ইমোরীয়দের রাজা সীহোনকে, বাশনের রাজা ওগকে, ও কনানের সমস্ত রাজ্যকে।
11Sihon king of the Amorites, Og king of Bashan, And all the kingdoms of Canaan,
12তিনি তাহাদের দেশ অধিকার জন্য দিলেন, নিজ প্রজা ইস্রায়েলকে অধিকার জন্য দিলেন।
12And gave their land for a heritage, A heritage to Israel, his people.
13হে সদাপ্রভু, তোমার নাম অনন্তকালস্থায়ী, হে সদাপ্রভু, তোমার স্মরণ পুরুষানুক্রমে স্থায়ী।
13Your name, Yahweh, endures forever; Your renown, Yahweh, throughout all generations.
14কারণ সদাপ্রভু আপন প্রজাদের বিচার করিবেন, আপন দাসগণের উপরে সদয় হইবেন।
14For Yahweh will judge his people, And have compassion on his servants.
15জাতিগণের প্রতিমা সকল রৌপ্য ও সুবর্ণ, সে গুলি মনুষ্যের হস্তের কার্য্য।
15The idols of the nations are silver and gold, The work of men's hands.
16মুখ থাকিতেও তাহারা কথা কহে না; চক্ষু থাকিতেও দেখিতে পায় না;
16They have mouths, but they can't speak; They have eyes, but they can't see;
17কর্ণ থাকিতেও শুনিতে পায় না; তাহাদের মুখে শ্বাসমাত্রও নাই।
17They have ears, but they can't hear; Neither is there any breath in their mouths.
18যেমন তাহারা, তেমনি হইবে তাহাদের নির্ম্মাতারা, আর যে কেহ সে গুলিতে নির্ভর করে।
18Those who make them will be like them; Yes, everyone who trusts in them.
19হে ইস্রায়েলের কুল, সদাপ্রভুর ধন্যবাদ কর; হে হারোণের কুল, সদাপ্রভুর ধন্যবাদ কর;
19House of Israel, praise Yahweh! House of Aaron, praise Yahweh!
20হে লেবির কুল, সদাপ্রভুর ধন্যবাদ কর; হে সদাপ্রভুর ভয়কারিগণ, সদাপ্রভুর ধন্যবাদ কর।
20House of Levi, praise Yahweh! You who fear Yahweh, praise Yahweh!
21ধন্য হউন সদাপ্রভু সিয়োন হইতে, তিনি যিরূশালেমে বাস করেন। তোমরা সদাপ্রভুর প্রশংসা কর।
21Blessed be Yahweh from Zion, Who dwells at Jerusalem. Praise Yah!
