সেই স্থানে তিন মাস যাপন করিয়া যখন তিনি জলপথে সুরিয়া দেশে যাইতে উদ্যত হইলেন, তখন যিহূদীরা তাঁহার বিপক্ষে ষড়যন্ত্র করাতে, তিনি মাকিদনিয়া দিয়া ফিরিয়া যাইতে স্থির করিলেন।
