1கர்த்தாவே, உம்மை நம்பியிருக்கிறேன்; நான் ஒருக்காலும் வெட்கமடையாதபடி செய்யும்; உமது நீதியினிமித்தம் என்னை விடுவியும்.
1For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David. In you, Yahweh, I take refuge. Let me never be disappointed: Deliver me in your righteousness.
2உமது செவியை எனக்குச் சாய்த்து, சீக்கிரமாய் என்னைத் தப்புவியும்; நீர் எனக்குப் பலத்த துருகமும், எனக்கு அடைக்கலமான அரணுமாயிரும்.
2Bow down your ear to me. Deliver me speedily. Be to me a strong rock, A house of defense to save me.
3என் கன்மலையும் என் கோட்டையும் நீரே; உமது நாமத்தினிமித்தம் எனக்கு வழிகாட்டி, என்னை நடத்தியருளும்.
3For you are my rock and my fortress, Therefore for your name's sake lead me and guide me.
4அவர்கள் எனக்கு மறைவாய் வைத்த வலைக்கு என்னை நீங்கலாக்கிவிடும்; தேவரீரே எனக்கு அரண்.
4Pluck me out of the net that they have laid secretly for me, For you are my stronghold.
5உமது கையில் என் ஆவியை ஒப்புவிக்கிறேன்; சத்தியபரனாகிய கர்த்தாவே, நீர் என்னை மீட்டுக்கொண்டீர்.
5Into your hand I commend my spirit. You redeem me, Yahweh, God of truth.
6வீண்மாயைகளைப் பற்றிக்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களை நான் வெறுத்து, கர்த்தரையே நம்பியிருக்கிறேன்.
6I hate those who regard lying vanities, But I trust in Yahweh.
7உமது, கிருபையிலே களிகூர்ந்து மகிழுவேன்; நீர் என் உபத்திரவத்தைப் பார்த்து, என் ஆத்தும வியாகுலங்களை அறிந்திருக்கிறீர்.
7I will be glad and rejoice in your loving kindness, For you have seen my affliction. You have known my soul in adversities.
8சத்துருவின் கையில் என்னை ஒப்புக்கொடாமல், என் பாதங்களை விசாலத்திலே நிறுத்தினீர்.
8You have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy. You have set my feet in a large place.
9எனக்கு இரங்கும் கர்த்தாவே, நான் நெருக்கப்படுகிறேன்; துக்கத்தினால் என் கண்ணும் என் ஆத்துமாவும் என் வயிறுங்கூடக் கருகிப்போயிற்று.
9Have mercy on me, Yahweh, for I am in distress. My eye, my soul, and my body waste away with grief.
10என் பிராணன் சஞ்சலத்தினாலும், என் வருஷங்கள் தவிப்பினாலும் கழிந்துபோயிற்று; என் அக்கிரமத்தினாலே என் பெலன் குறைந்து, என் எலும்புகள் உலர்ந்துபோயிற்று.
10For my life is spent with sorrow, My years with sighing. My strength fails because of my iniquity. My bones are wasted away.
11என் சத்துருக்களாகிய யாவர் நிமித்தமும், நான் என் அயலாருக்கு நிந்தையும், எனக்கு அறிமுகமானவர்களுக்கு அருக்களிப்புமானேன்; வீதியிலே என்னைக் கண்டவர்கள் எனக்கு விலகி ஓடிப்போனார்கள்.
11Because of all my adversaries I have become utterly contemptible to my neighbors, A fear to my acquaintances. Those who saw me on the street fled from me.
12செத்தவனைப்போல எல்லாராலும் முழுவதும் மறக்கப்பட்டேன்; உடைந்த பாத்திரத்தைப்போலானேன்.
12I am forgotten from their hearts like a dead man. I am like broken pottery.
13அநேகர் சொல்லும் அவதூறைக் கேட்டேன்; எனக்கு விரோதமாக அவர்கள் ஏகமாய் ஆலோசனை பண்ணுகிறதினால் திகில் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்துகொண்டது; என் பிராணனை வாங்கத்தேடுகிறார்கள்.
13For I have heard the slander of many, terror on every side, While they conspire together against me, They plot to take away my life.
14நானோ, கர்த்தாவே, உம்மை நம்பியிருக்கிறேன்; நீரே என் தேவன் என்று சொன்னேன்.
14But I trust in you, Yahweh. I said, "You are my God."
15என் காலங்கள் உமது கரத்திலிருக்கிறது; என் சத்துருக்களின் கைக்கும் என்னைத் துன்பப்படுத்துகிறவர்களின் கைக்கும் என்னைத் தப்புவியும்.
15My times are in your hand. Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.
16நீர் உமது முகத்தை உமது ஊழியக்காரன்மேல் பிரகாசிக்கப்பண்ணி, உமது கிருபையினாலே என்னை இரட்சியும்.
16Make your face to shine on your servant. Save me in your loving kindness.
17கர்த்தாவே, உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டேன்; நான் வெட்கப்பட்டுப்போகாதபடி செய்யும்; துன்மார்க்கர் வெட்கப்பட்டுப் பாதாளத்தில் மவுனமாயிருக்கட்டும்.
17Let me not be disappointed, Yahweh, for I have called on you. Let the wicked be disappointed. Let them be silent in Sheol.
18நீதிமானுக்கு விரோதமாய்ப் பெருமையோடும் இகழ்ச்சியோடும் கடினமாய்ப் பேசுகிற பொய் உதடுகள் கட்டப்பட்டுப்போவதாக.
18Let the lying lips be mute, Which speak against the righteous insolently, with pride and contempt.
19உமக்குப் பயந்தவர்களுக்கும், மனுபுத்திரருக்கு முன்பாக உம்மை நம்புகிறவர்களுக்கும், நீர் உண்டு பண்ணிவைத்திருக்கிற உம்முடைய நன்மை எவ்வளவு பெரிதாயிருக்கிறது!
19Oh how great is your goodness, Which you have laid up for those who fear you, Which you have worked for those who take refuge in you, Before the sons of men!
20மனுஷருடைய அகங்காரத்துக்கு அவர்களை உமது சமுகத்தின் மறைவிலே மறைத்து, நாவுகளின் சண்டைக்கு அவர்களை விலக்கி, உமது கூடாரத்திலே ஒளித்துவைத்துக் காப்பாற்றுகிறீர்.
20In the shelter of your presence you will hide them from the plotting of man. You will keep them secretly in a dwelling away from the strife of tongues.
21கர்த்தர் அரணான நகரத்தில் எனக்குத் தமது கிருபையை அதிசயமாய் விளங்கப்பண்ணினபடியால், அவருக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரம்.
21Praise be to Yahweh, For he has shown me his marvelous loving kindness in a strong city.
22உம்முடைய கண்களுக்கு முன்பாக இராதபடிக்கு வெட்டுண்டேன் என்று நான் என் மனக்கலக்கத்திலே சொன்னேன்; ஆனாலும் நான் உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டபோது, என் விண்ணப்பங்களின் சத்தத்தைக் கேட்டீர்.
22As for me, I said in my haste, "I am cut off from before your eyes." Nevertheless you heard the voice of my petitions when I cried to you.
23கர்த்தருடைய பரிசுத்தவான்களே, நீங்களெல்லாரும் அவரில் அன்பு கூருங்கள்; உண்மையானவனைக் கர்த்தர் தற்காத்து, இடும்பு செய்கிறவனுக்குப் பூரணமாய்ப் பதிலளிப்பார்.
23Oh love Yahweh, all you his saints! Yahweh preserves the faithful, And pays back him who deals proudly in full.
24கர்த்தருக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறவர்களே, நீங்களெல்லாரும் திடமனதாயிருங்கள், அவர் உங்கள் இருதயத்தை ஸ்திரப்படுத்துவார்.
24Be strong, and let your heart take courage, All you who hope in Yahweh.
