1அல்லேலூயா, கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தைத் துதியுங்கள்; கர்த்தரின் ஊழியக்காரரே, துதியுங்கள்.
1Praise Yah! Praise the name of Yahweh! Praise him, you servants of Yahweh,
2கர்த்தருடைய வீட்டிலும், நமது தேவனுடைய ஆலயப்பிராகாரங்களிலும் நிற்கிறவர்களே, கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள்.
2You who stand in the house of Yahweh, In the courts of our God's house.
3கர்த்தர் நல்லவர்; அவருடைய நாமத்தைக் கீர்த்தனம்பண்ணுங்கள்; அது இன்பமானது.
3Praise Yah, for Yahweh is good. Sing praises to his name, for that is pleasant.
4கர்த்தர் யாக்கோபைத் தமக்காகவும், இஸ்ரவேலைத் தமக்குச் சொந்தமாகவும் தெரிந்துகொண்டார்.
4For Yah has chosen Jacob for himself; Israel for his own possession.
5கர்த்தர் பெரியவர் என்றும், நம்முடைய ஆண்டவர் எல்லா தேவர்களுக்கும் மேலானவர் என்றும் நான் அறிவேன்.
5For I know that Yahweh is great, That our Lord is above all gods.
6வானத்திலும் பூமியிலும், சமுத்திரங்களிலும், எல்லா ஆழங்களிலும், கர்த்தர் தமக்குச் சித்தமானதையெல்லாம் செய்கிறார்.
6Whatever Yahweh pleased, that he has done, In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps;
7அவர் பூமியின் கடையாந்தரங்களிலிருந்து மேகங்களை எழும்பப்பண்ணி, மழையுடன் மின்னலையும் உண்டாக்கி, காற்றைத் தமது பண்டசாலைகளிலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணுகிறார்.
7Who causes the clouds to rise from the ends of the earth; Who makes lightnings with the rain; Who brings forth the wind out of his treasuries;
8அவர் எகிப்திலே மனுஷருடைய தலைப்பிள்ளைகளையும் மிருகத்தின் தலையீற்றுகளையும் அடித்தார்.
8Who struck the firstborn of Egypt, Both of man and animal;
9எகிப்துதேசமே, உன் நடுவில் பார்வோன்மேலும் அவனுடைய எல்லா ஊழியக்காரர்மேலும் அடையாளங்களையும் அற்புதங்களையும் அனுப்பினார்.
9Who sent signs and wonders into the midst of you, Egypt, On Pharaoh, and on all his servants;
10அவர் அநேகம் ஜாதிகளை அடித்து, பலத்த ராஜாக்களைக் கொன்று;
10Who struck many nations, And killed mighty kings,
11எமோரியரின் ராஜாவாகிய சீகோனையும், பாசானின் ராஜாவாகிய ஓகையும், கானானின் சகல ராஜ்யங்களையும் அழித்து,
11Sihon king of the Amorites, Og king of Bashan, And all the kingdoms of Canaan,
12அவர்கள் தேசத்தைத் தம்முடைய ஜனமாகிய இஸ்ரவேலுக்குச் சுதந்தரமாகக் கொடுத்தார்.
12And gave their land for a heritage, A heritage to Israel, his people.
13கர்த்தாவே, உம்முடைய நாமம் என்றைக்குமுள்ளது; கர்த்தாவே, உம்முடைய பிரஸ்தாபம் தலைமுறை தலைமுறைக்கும் இருக்கும்.
13Your name, Yahweh, endures forever; Your renown, Yahweh, throughout all generations.
14கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய ஜனத்தின் நியாயத்தை விசாரித்து, தம்முடைய ஊழியக்காரர்மேல் பரிதாபப்படுவார்.
14For Yahweh will judge his people, And have compassion on his servants.
15அஞ்ஞானிகளுடைய விக்கிரகங்கள் வெள்ளியும் பொன்னும், மனுஷருடைய கைவேலையுமாயிருக்கிறது.
15The idols of the nations are silver and gold, The work of men's hands.
16அவைகளுக்கு வாயிருந்தும் பேசாது, அவைகளுக்குக் கண்களிருந்தும் காணாது.
16They have mouths, but they can't speak; They have eyes, but they can't see;
17அவைகளுக்குக் காதுகளிருந்தும் கேளாது, அவைகளுடைய வாயிலே சுவாசமுமில்லை.
17They have ears, but they can't hear; Neither is there any breath in their mouths.
18அவைகளைப் பண்ணுகிறவர்களும், அவைகளை நம்புகிறவர்கள் யாவரும், அவைகளைப்போல் இருக்கிறார்கள்.
18Those who make them will be like them; Yes, everyone who trusts in them.
19இஸ்ரவேல் குடும்பத்தாரே, கர்த்தரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்; ஆரோன் குடும்பத்தாரே, கர்த்தரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்.
19House of Israel, praise Yahweh! House of Aaron, praise Yahweh!
20லேவி குடும்பத்தாரே, கர்த்தரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்; கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்தவர்களே, கர்த்தரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்.
20House of Levi, praise Yahweh! You who fear Yahweh, praise Yahweh!
21எருசலேமில் வாசம்பண்ணுகிற கர்த்தருக்கு சீயோனிலிருந்து ஸ்தோத்திரமுண்டாவதாக. அல்லேலூயா.
21Blessed be Yahweh from Zion, Who dwells at Jerusalem. Praise Yah!
