பென்யமீன் கோத்திர ஸ்திரீகள் அழிந்தபடியினாலே, மீதியான மற்றப்பேர்களுக்கும் மனைவிகள் கிடைக்கும்படி என்ன செய்யலாம் என்று சபையின் மூப்பரானவர்கள் கேட்டு,
