ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ଯାଖ୍ଯାନ କରି ପରାଜିତ କରିଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ରାଗିଛ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଦୟାକରି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୁନଃସ୍ଥାପନ କର।

For the Chief Musician. To the tune of "The Lily of the Covenant." A teaching poem by David, when he fought with Aram Naharaim and with Aram Zobah, and Joab returned, and killed twelve thousand of Edom in the Valley of Salt. God, you have rejected us. You have broken us down. You have been angry. Restore us, again.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଧରଣୀକୁ କମ୍ପିତ କରିଅଛ ଏବଂ ତାକୁ ଦୁଇ ଭାଗରେ ବିଦୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିଛ। ଏହାର ଫାଟକକୁ ମରାମତି କର, କାରଣ ଏହାର ପତନ ହେଉଅଛି।

You have made the land tremble. You have torn it. Mend its fractures, For it quakes.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବହୁତ ସମସ୍ଯା ଦଇେଛ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ମଦ୍ଯପ ପରି ଟଳମଳ ହେଉଛୁ ଓ ପଡ଼ୁଛୁ।

You have shown your people hard things. You have made us drink the wine that makes us stagger.

ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଉପାସନା କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସତର୍କ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପତାକା ଉଠାଇଲ। ୟାହାଫଳରେ ସମାନେେ ନିଜକୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିପାରିବେ।

You have given a banner to those who fear you, That it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah.

ୟପରେି ତୁମ୍ଭର ମହାଶକ୍ତି ବଳରେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର! ମାରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନାର ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧା କରୁଥିବା ଆପଣାର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷାକର।

So that your beloved may be delivered, Save with your right hand, and answer us.

ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ୟୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଜିତିବି ଏବଂ ଜଯଲାଭ ବିଷଯରେ ବହୁତ ଖୁସି ହବେି। ତା'ପରେ ମୁଁ ଏହି ଭୂମିକୁ ମାରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାଣ୍ଟିଦବେି। ମୁଁ ଶିଖିମ ଓ ସୁକ୍କୋଥ ଉପତ୍ୟକାକୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦଇଦେବେି।

God has spoken from his sanctuary: "I will triumph. I will divide Shechem, And measure out the valley of Succoth.

ଗିଲିଯଦ ଓ ମନଃଶି ମାରେ ହବେେ। ଇଫ୍ରଯିମ ମାରେ ଶିରସ୍ତ୍ରାଣ ହବେ। ଯିହୁଦା ମାରେ ରାଜଦଣ୍ଡ ହବେ।

Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine. Ephraim also is the defense of my head. Judah is my scepter.

ମାୟୋବ ମାରେ ପାଦ ଧୋଇବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରକ୍ଷାଳନ ପାତ୍ର। ଇଦୋମ ମାରେ ପାଦୁକା ବହନ କରିବ। ମୁଁ ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବି। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବିଜଯ ସକାଶେ ଜଯଧ୍ବନି କର।

Moab is my wash basin. I will throw my shoe on Edom. I shout in triumph over Philistia."

କିଏ ମାେତେ ସହେି ଦୃଢ଼ ନଗର ଭିତରକୁ ଆଣିବ ? କିଏ ମାେତେ ଇଦୋମ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଗଇେ ନବେ ? ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନୁହଁ କି ?

Who will bring me into the strong city? Who has led me to Edom?

କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ଯାଖ୍ଯାନ କରିଛ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆଉ ଦିନ ତମାମ ଆମ୍ଭର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ୟାଅ ନାହିଁ।

Haven't you, God, rejected us? You don't go out with our armies, God.
11
ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବାରେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ସହାୟ ହୁଅ। ଲୋକମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

Give us help against the adversary, For the help of man is vain.
12
ପରମେଶ୍ବର ହିଁ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ କରିପାରିବେ। କବଳେ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଦଦଳନ କରିପାରିବେ।

Through God we shall do valiantly, For it is he who will tread down our adversaries.
