1ହେ ଧାର୍ମିକଗଣ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରେ ଆନନ୍ଦରେ ଉଲ୍ଲସିତ ହୁଅ। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବା ସରଳ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ଶାେଭନୀଯ।
1Rejoice in Yahweh, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the upright.
2ବୀଣା ବାଦ୍ଯ କରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ ଦିଅ। ଦଶ-ତାର ବାଦ୍ଯରେ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର।
2Give thanks to Yahweh with the lyre. Sing praises to him with the harp of ten strings.
3ତାଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯରେ ଏକ ନୂତନ ଗୀତ ଶୁଣାଅ। ସୁନ୍ଦର ସ୍ବରରେ ମନୋହର ବାଦ୍ଯରେ ଏକ ଗୀତ ରଚନା କର।
3Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a shout of joy!
4ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ଯ ସତ୍ଯ ଅଟେ। ତାଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିପାର।
4For the word of Yahweh is right. All his work is done in faithfulness.
5ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସବୁ ପ୍ରକାର ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଚାର ଓ ଉତ୍ତମ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯକୁ ଭଲ ପାଆନ୍ତି। ପୃଥିବୀ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରକୃତ କରୁଣାରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ।
5He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of Yahweh.
6ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଲେ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଲା। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିଶ୍ବାସରୁ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ସବୁକିଛି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଲା।
6By Yahweh's word the heavens were made; All their host by the breath of his mouth.
7ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମୁଦ୍ରରୁ ଜଳ ଆଣି ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ କଲେ। ସେ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ ତା ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରଖି ଦେଲେ।
7He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap. He lays up the deeps in storehouses.
8ଏ ପୃଥିବୀର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ ଓ ସମ୍ମାନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ଏ ପୃଥିବୀର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
8Let all the earth fear Yahweh. Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
9କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଦେଶ ମାତ୍ରକେ ପୃଥିବୀ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଲା ସ ୟଦି ସେ କାହାରିକୁ ଚାଲୁରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଚାହାନ୍ତି ତବେେ ଚାଲୁରଖି ପାରିବେ।
9For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm.
10ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ଉପଦେଶକୁ ବ୍ଯର୍ଥ କରି ପାରନ୍ତି। ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସମସ୍ତ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ବ୍ଯର୍ଥ କରି ପାରନ୍ତି।
10Yahweh brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.
11କିନ୍ତୁ ଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉପଦେଶ ଚିରଦିନ ମଙ୍ଗଳମଯ ତାଙ୍କର ସଂକଳ୍ପ ସବୁ ଚିରକାଳ ଲାଗି ବଂଶାନୁକ୍ରମେ ଥାଏ।
11The counsel of Yahweh stands fast forever, The thoughts of his heart to all generations.
12ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ମାନନ୍ତି ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଭାଗ୍ଯଶାଳୀ ଅଟନ୍ତି। କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଭାବରେ ବିବଚେନା କରନ୍ତି।
12Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, The people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.
13ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସ୍ବର୍ଗରୁ ଥାଇ ସବୁ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କରନ୍ତି।
13Yahweh looks from heaven. He sees all the sons of men.
14ସେ ତାଙ୍କର ଉଚ୍ଚ ସିଂହାସନରୁ ଏ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ସବୁ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଣୀଙ୍କୁ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରନ୍ତି।
14From the place of his habitation he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,
15ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମସ୍ତ ମନୁଷ୍ଯମାନଙ୍କ ହୃଦଯକୁ ତିଆରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତଣେୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଜାଣନ୍ତି ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ କ'ଣ ଚିନ୍ତା କରୁଥାଏ।
15He who fashions all of their hearts; And he considers all of their works.
16ଜଣେ ରାଜା ନିଜର ଶକ୍ତିଦ୍ବାରା ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ଜଣେ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ସୈନିକ କବଳେ ତା'ର ନିଜର ବଳ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରି ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଏ ନାହିଁ।
16There is no king saved by the multitude of a host. A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
17ଅଶ୍ବମାନେ କବଳେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧରେ ବିଜଯୀ କରାନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶକ୍ତି କବଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବାକୁ ସମର୍ଥ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।
17A horse is a vain thing for safety, Neither does he deliver any by his great power.
18ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଉପାସନା କରନ୍ତି, ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଯତ୍ନ ନିଅନ୍ତି ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଉପରେ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରଖନ୍ତି। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ଉପାସନା କରନ୍ତି, ସହେିମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ସ୍ବର୍ଗୀଯ କରୁଣାରେ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଆନ୍ତି।
18Behold, Yahweh's eye is on those who fear him, On those who hope in his loving kindness;
19ପ୍ରଭୁ ସହେି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ମୁଖରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି। ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରନ୍ତି। ଯେତବେେଳେ ସମାନେେ ଅତ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଭୋକିଲା ଥାନ୍ତି।
19To deliver their soul from death, To keep them alive in famine.
20ତଣେୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବା। ସେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି।
20Our soul has waited for Yahweh. He is our help and our shield.
21ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଆନନ୍ଦ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରନ୍ତି। ଆମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ତାଙ୍କର ସହେି ପବିତ୍ର ନାମରେ ଭରସା କରିବା।
21For our heart rejoices in him, Because we have trusted in his holy name.
22ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଉପାସନା କରୁଛୁ। ତଣେୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର କୃପା ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଓ ଦୟା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ରହିଥାଉ।
22Let your loving kindness be on us, Yahweh, Since we have hoped in you.
