1ହେ ମାରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ହେ ମାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, କାହିଁକି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ପରିତ୍ଯାଗ କଲ ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେ ନିକଟରୁ ବହୁତ ଦୂରରେ ଥାଇ କିପରି ମାେତେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାରେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ଆର୍ତ୍ତ ଚିତ୍କାର ଏତେ ଦୂରରୁ ଶୁଣି ପାରିବ ?
1For the Chief Musician; set to "The Doe of the Morning." A Psalm by David. My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?
2ହେ ମାରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦିନରେ ଡ଼ାକିଲି କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଲେ ନାହିଁ ଓ ପୁନର୍ବାର ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରାତିରେ ଡ଼ାକିଲି।
2My God, I cry in the daytime, but you don't answer; In the night season, and am not silent.
3ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏକମାତ୍ର ପବିତ୍ର ଅଟ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରାଜାର ଆସନରେ ଆସୀନ। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ହିଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସିଂହାସନ ଅଟେ।
3But you are holy, You who inhabit the praises of Israel.
4ଆମ୍ଭର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିଥିଲେ। ହଁ ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରୁଥିଲେ। ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଅଛ।
4Our fathers trusted in you. They trusted, and you delivered them.
5ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ଆମ୍ଭର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ଡାକିଲେ ଏବଂ ସମାନେେ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ କବଳରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିଥିବାରୁ ସମାନେେ ନିରାଶ ହେଲେ ନାହିଁ।
5They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed.
6କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ ଗୋଟିଏ କୀଟ, ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ନୁହେଁ, ଲୋକମାନେ ମାେ ପାଇଁ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ଓ ମାେତେ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କରନ୍ତି।
6But I am a worm, and no man; A reproach of men, and despised by the people.
7ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ୟିଏ ମାେତେ ଦେଖେ ସମାନେେ ମାରେ ପରିହାସ କରନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ଓଷ୍ଠ ଲମ୍ବାଇ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ହଲାନ୍ତି।
7All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying,
8ସମାନେେ ମାେତେ କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ଡ଼ାକ, ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିପାରନ୍ତି। ୟଦି ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ଭଲ ପାଉଥାନ୍ତି ତବେେ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବାକୁ ଆଗଇେ ଆସିବେ।
8"He trusts in Yahweh; Let him deliver him; Let him rescue him, since he delights in him."
9ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ସତ୍ଯ କଥା ଏହି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହେଉଛ ଏକମାତ୍ର ୟାହା ଉପରେ ମୁଁ ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ନିର୍ଭରଶୀଳ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାରେ ଯତ୍ନ ନଇେଛ, ଯେଉଁଦିନରୁ ମୁଁ ଜନ୍ମଲାଭ କରିଛି। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ତଥା ବିଶ୍ବାସ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛ, ୟବେେଠୁଁ ମୁଁ ଏକ େଛାଟ ପିଲା ଥିଲି।
9But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust at my mother's breasts.
10ମାତୃ ଗର୍ଭରୁ ଜନ୍ମଲାଭ କଲାପରଠାରୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ବୋଲି ମାନି ଆସିଛି। ମୁଁ ମାତୃ ଗର୍ଭରୁ ବାହାରିବା ପରଠାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଯତ୍ନରେ ଲାଳିତ ପାଳିତ ହାଇେଛି।
10I was thrown on you from my mother's womb. You are my God since my mother bore me.
11ତଣେୁ ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ପରିତ୍ଯାଗ କର ନାହିଁ। ଆଗରେ ବିପଦ ମାଡ଼ି ଆସୁଛି, ମାେତେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବାକୁ କହେି ନାହିଁ।
11Don't be far from me, for trouble is near. For there is none to help.
12ଲୋକମାନେ ମାରେ ଚାରିପାଖରେ ଘରେି ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଏକ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ମାରଣା ଷଣ୍ଢ ପରି।
12Many bulls have surrounded me. Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.
13ସମାନେେ ମୁଖ ମଲୋଇ ରହିଛନ୍ତି ସତେ ୟମେିତି ଏକ ସିଂହ ତା'ର ଶିକାର ପଶୁକୁ ଆଗରେ ଦେଖି ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ କରେ।
13They open their mouths wide against me, Lions tearing prey and roaring.
14ମାରେ ବଳ କ୍ରମେ କ୍ଷୀଣ ହାଇେ ଆସୁଛି, ପାଣି ଭୂମିରେ ଶୋଷିତ ହେଲାପରି ମାରେ ଶକ୍ତି ଚାଲି ଯାଉଛି। ମାରେ ଅସ୍ଥିସବୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଯାଉଛି। ମାରେ ସାହାସ କ୍ରମେ କ୍ଷୀଣ ହାଇେ ଆସୁଛି।
14I am poured out like water. All my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax; It is melted within me.
15ମାରେ ପାଟି ଖଣ୍ଡେ ଖପରା ପରି ଶୁଷ୍କ ହାଇେ ଯାଉଛି। ମାରେ ଜିଭ ତାଳୁରେ ଲାଗି ଯାଉଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁର ଧୂଳିରେ ଫିଙ୍ଗି ଦଇେଛ।
15My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.
16କୁକୁରମାନେ ମାରେ ଚାରିକଡ଼ରେ ଘରେି ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ସହେି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ଦଳବଦ୍ଧ ହାଇେ ମାେତେ ୟନ୍ତାରେ ପକାଇଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ମାରେ ହାତ ଗୋଡ଼କୁ ଛିଦ୍ର କରି ପକାଇଛନ୍ତି।
16For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evil-doers have enclosed me. They pierced my hands and my feet.
17ମାରେ ପଞ୍ଜରା ସବୁ ଗଣି ହାଇେ ଯାଉଛି ଓ ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ମାେ ଆଡ଼କୁ କ୍ରୁର ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଚାହୁଁଛନ୍ତି।
17I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me.
18ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ମାରେ ବସ୍ତୁସବୁ ନିଜ ଭିତରେ ବାଣ୍ଟି ନଲେେ। ସମାନେେ ମାରେ ଚୋଗାକୁ ବାଜି ଲଗାନ୍ତି।
18They divide my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing.
19ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ପରିତ୍ଯାଗ କର ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ମାରେ ଶକ୍ତି, ଶୀଘ୍ର ମାେତେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କର।
19But don't be far off, Yahweh. You are my help: hurry to help me.
20ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମାରେ ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ସହେି ଖଡ୍ଗରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କର। ସହେି କୁକୁରମାନଙ୍କ କବଳରୁ ମାରେ ମୂଲ୍ଯବାନ ଆତ୍ମାକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କର।
20Deliver my soul from the sword, My precious life from the power of the dog.
21ମାେତେ ସିଂହ ମୁଖରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର। ମାେତେ ଷଣ୍ଢର ମୁନିଆ ଶିଙ୍ଗରୁ ବଞ୍ଚାଅ।
21Save me from the lion's mouth; Yes, from the horns of the wild oxen you have answered me.
22ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୁଁ ମାରେ ଭାଇମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଗୁଣ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରିବି। ମୁଁ ବୃହତ୍ ସଭାକକ୍ଷରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି।
22I will declare your name to my brothers. In the midst of the assembly, I will praise you.
23ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଉପାସନା କରୁଛ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଜଯଗାନ କର। ହେ ୟାକୁବର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କର। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ ଓ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦଖାେଅ।
23You who fear Yahweh, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel!
24କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବିପଦରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ଗରିବ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ହିଁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତି। ସେ ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ୟଦି ଲୋକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବିପଦରେ ପଡ଼ି ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରନ୍ତି, ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରୁ ନିଜକୁ ଦୂରଇେ ରଖି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
24For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, Neither has he hidden his face from him; But when he cried to him, he heard.
25ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୁଁ ମହାସଭାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଯେଉଁ ଜଯଗାନ କଲି ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରରଣୋର ଫଳ। ସମସ୍ତ ଉପାସକମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ମୁଁ ମାରେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ତାଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବି ୟାହା ମୁଁ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଛି।
25Of you comes my praise in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.
26ଗରିବ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆସ, ଖାଅ ଓ ତୃପ୍ତ ହୁଅ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଁ ଆସିଅଛ ତାଙ୍କର ଜଯଗାନ କର। ତୁମ୍ଭର ହୃଦଯ ଚିରଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ରହୁ।
26The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise Yahweh who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.
27ଦୂର ଦୂରାନ୍ତ ଦେଶର ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ମରଣ ରଖି ତାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସନ୍ତୁ। ବିଦେଶର ଲୋକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରନ୍ତୁ।
27All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to Yahweh. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.
28କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ସେ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ରାଜା। ସେ ସବୁ ରାଜ୍ଯକୁ ଶାସନ କରନ୍ତି।
28For the kingdom is Yahweh's. He is the ruler over the nations.
29ବଳଶାଳୀ, ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ଯବାନ୍ ଲୋକମାନେ ଭୋଜନ କରି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ପ୍ରଣାମ ହବେେ। ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ସବୁ ମଣିଷ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁବରଣ କରିବେ ଓ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁବରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ନତ ମସ୍ତକ ହବେେ।
29All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, Even he who can't keep his soul alive.
30ଏବଂ ଭବିଷ୍ଯତରେ ଆମ୍ଭର ବଂଶଧରମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସବୋ କରିବେ। ଲୋକମାନେ ଚିରଦିନ ତାଙ୍କର ଗୁଣଗାନ କରିବେ।
30Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.
31ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ପିଢ଼ି ତା'ର ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧାର୍ମିକତା ବିଷଯ କହିବେ, ୟାହା ସବୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର କରିଛନ୍ତି।
31They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, For he has done it.
