ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କଲେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଉପରେ ଶାସନ କଲେ।
