1
ଅନନ୍ତର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ,
1
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2
ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବ ମୁଁ ସହେି ଦେଶ ଦେଉଛି ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବେେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବ।

Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, When you are come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you,
3
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ପୂରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କିମ୍ବା ସ୍ବେଚ୍ଛାଦତ୍ତ ଉପହାର ପାଇଁ କିମ୍ବା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିରୂପିତ ପର୍ବ ରେ ଗୋମଷୋଦି ପଲରୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉବ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ରୂପେ ହାମବେଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

and will make an offering by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a freewill-offering, or in your set feasts, to make a sweet savor to Yahweh, of the herd, or of the flock;
4
ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଶସ୍ଯ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରୁଛ, ଏକ ଐଫାର ଦଶମାଂଶ ସରୁ ମଇଦା ଏକ ହିନର ଚତୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ତୈଳ ସହିତ ମିଶ୍ରିତ କରି ଆଣିବ।

then shall he who offers his offering offer to Yahweh a meal-offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin of oil:
5
ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଥର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏକ ମଷେବତ୍ସ ହାମାେର୍ଥକ ବଳି ଓ ହିନର ଏକ ତରୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସର ପଯେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
5
and wine for the drink-offering, the fourth part of a hin, shall you prepare with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.
6
ଆଉ ଏକ ମଷେ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉବ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଏକ ହିନର ଏକ ତୃତୀଯାଂଶ ତୈଳ ରେ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଏକ ଐଫାର ଦୁଇ ଦଶମାଂଶ ସରୁ ମଇଦାର ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବ।

Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal-offering two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin of oil:

ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପଯେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ନିମନ୍ତେ ହିନର ଏକ ତୃତୀଯାଂଶ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ। ଏହିସବୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମଙ୍ଗଳାର୍ଥକ ଉପହାର ନିମନ୍ତେ।

and for the drink-offering you shall offer the third part of a hin of wine, of a sweet savor to Yahweh.
8
ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉବ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ହାମବେଳି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅବା ମାନସିକ ପୂରଣାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ନିମନ୍ତେ କିମ୍ବା ମଗଂଳାର୍ଥକ ଉପହାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯବେେ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କର,

When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace-offerings to Yahweh;
9
ତବେେ ସହେି ଗୋବତ୍ସ ସହିତ ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧହିନ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଏକ ଐଫାର ତିନି ଦଶମାଂଶ ସରୁ ମଇଦାର ଶସ୍ଯ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଆଣିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
9
then shall he offer with the bull a meal-offering of three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil:
10
ଆଉ ମଧ୍ଯ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥକ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାରର ପଯେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧହିନ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ଆଣିବ।
10
and you shall offer for the drink- offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to Yahweh.
11
ଏହି ରୂପେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଗୋରୁ, ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ମଷେ, ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ମଷେବତ୍ସ ଅବା ଛାଗବତ୍ସ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାୟିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
11
Thus shall it be done for each bull, or for each ram, or for each of the he-lambs, or of the kids.
12
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ସଂଖ୍ଯା ଅନୁସାରେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ପଶୁପତି ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସଂଖ୍ଯା ପ୍ରାମାଣେ ସହେିରୂପେ କରିବ।

According to the number that you shall prepare, so shall you do to everyone according to their number.
13
ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ନାଗରୀକ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉବ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କଲେ ଏହି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଅନୁସାରେ ଏହିସବୁ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବ।
13
All who are home-born shall do these things after this manner, in offering an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to Yahweh.
14
ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ଜଣେ ବିଦେଶୀ ଲୋକ କିମ୍ବା ସେ ସମନ୍ଧ ରେ କୌଣସି ବିଦେଶୀଗତ ସ୍ଥାଯୀ ଅଧିବାସୀ କିମ୍ବା ଯେ କହେି ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଦିର୍ଘଦିନ ଧରି ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ସୁବାସିତ ଉପହାର ଅର୍ପଣ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରୟୁଜ୍ଯ ହେଉଥିବା ସମାନ ପଦ୍ଧତି ତା'ପାଇଁ ଅନୁସୃତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍।
14
If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to Yahweh; as you do, so he shall do.
15
ସମାଜ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ପ୍ରବାଶକାରୀ ବିଦେଶୀ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ହବେ। ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳୀନ ବିଧି; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଓ ବିଦେଶୀମାନେ ସମାନ।
15
For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you, a statute forever throughout your generations: as you are, so shall the foreigner be before Yahweh.
16
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ବିଦେଶୀ ମୂଳ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଓ ଏକ ବିଧି ହବେ।
16
One law and one ordinance shall be for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.
17
ଅନନ୍ତର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ,

Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
18
ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶକୁ ନଇଯାେଉଅଛୁଁ, ସହେି ଦେଶ ରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହିରୂପେ କରିବ।
18
Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, When you come into the land where I bring you,
19
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସହେି ଦେଶର ଅନ୍ନ ଭୋଜନ କରିବା ବେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଏହାର କିଛି ଅଂଶ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
19
then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a heave- offering to Yahweh.
20
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ପ୍ରଥମ ଶସ୍ଯରୁ ଉତ୍ତୋଳନୀଯ ଉପହାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ପିଠା ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ। ଯେପରି ଶସ୍ଯ ମର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଉତ୍ତୋଳନୀଯ ଉପହାର, ସହେିପରି ତାହା ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
20
Of the first of your dough you shall offer up a cake for a heave-offering: as the heave-offering of the threshing floor, so shall you heave it.
21
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପ୍ରଥମ ଦଳା ଅଟାର ଏକ ଅଂଶ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।
21
Of the first of your dough you shall give to Yahweh a heave-offering throughout your generations.
22
ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭୁଲ୍ ରେ ଏବଂ ଏହିସବୁ ଆଜ୍ଞାଗୁଡିକ ପାଳନ କର ନାହିଁ, ଯାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ।
22
When you shall err, and not observe all these commandments, which Yahweh has spoken to Moses,
23
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେ ଦ୍ବାରା ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ସହେିସବୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଦବୋ ଦିନ ଠାରୁ ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ଚିର କାଳ ପାଳନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
23
even all that Yahweh has commanded you by Moses, from the day that Yahweh gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations;
24
ଯଦି ତାହା ମଣ୍ତଳୀର ଆଗୋଚର ରେ ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତି ରେ ହାଇେଥାଏ ତବେେ ସମସ୍ତ ମଣ୍ତଳୀ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉବ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ହାମେ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ଓ ବିଧିମତେ ତାହା ସହିତ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ଯ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଓ ତହିଁର ପଯେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଏବଂ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଛାଗ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
24
then it shall be, if it be done unwittingly, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a sweet savor to Yahweh, with the meal-offering of it, and the drink-offering of it, according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin-offering.
25
ଆଉ ଯାଜକ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ତ ମଣ୍ତଳୀ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ଉଚିତ; ତହିଁରେ ସମାନେେ କ୍ଷମା ପାଇବେ, କାରଣ ତାହା ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତି ଓ ସମାନେେ ସହେି ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତି ସକାେଶ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉବ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ନିଜନିଜ ଉପହାର ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ଓ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଛାମୁକୁ ଆଣି ଅଛନ୍ତି।
25
The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Yahweh, and their sin-offering before Yahweh, for their error:
26
ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଓ ବିଦେଶୀ ମୂଳ ବାସୀନ୍ଦା କ୍ଷମା ପାଇବେ। କାରଣ ସହେି ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନେ ଭୂଲ୍ କରିଥିଲେ।
26
and all the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them; for in respect of all the people it was done unwittingly.
27
ଆଉ ଯଦି ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଅନିଛା ରେ ପାପ କରେ, ତବେେ ସେ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳିରୂପେ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀଯ ଏକ ଛାଗବତ୍ସ ଆଣିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
27
If one person sin unwittingly, then he shall offer a female goat a year old for a sin-offering.
28
ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଅନିଚ୍ଛା ରେ ଅପରାଧ କରେ, ଯାଜକ ତାହା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବ, ତହିଁରେ ତାକୁ କ୍ଷମା କରାୟିବ।
28
The priest shall make atonement for the soul who errs, when he sins unwittingly, before Yahweh, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.
29
ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧିଅରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ବିଦେଶୀ ମୂଳ ବାସୀନ୍ଦା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅନିଚ୍ଛା ରେ କରାୟାଇଥିବା ପାପର ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକା ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ହବେ।
29
You shall have one law for him who does anything unwittingly, for him who is home-born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them.
30
ଯଦି ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଉବ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯମୂଳକ ଭାବରେ ପାପକର୍ମ କରେ ସେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟ କି ବିଦେଶୀ ମୂଳ ସ୍ଥାଯୀ ବାସୀନ୍ଦା ହେଉ, ଯଦି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ନିନ୍ଦା କରେ, ତବେେ ସେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଆପଣା ଲୋକଙ୍କଠାରୁ ବହିସ୍କାର ହବେ।
30
But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is home-born or a foreigner, the same blasphemes Yahweh; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
31
କାରଣ ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କଲା ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଆଜ୍ଞା ଭଂଗ କଲା, ତେଣୁ ସେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ବହିସ୍କାର ହବେ ଓ ତା'ର ପାପ ସେ ବହନ କରିବ।
31
Because he has despised the word of Yahweh, and has broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be on him.
32
ସେତବେେଳେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକୁ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ବାର ରେ କାଠ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରୁଥିବାର ଦେଖିଲେ।
32
While the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.
33
ପୁଣି ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାକୁ କାଠ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରୁଥିବାର ଦେଖିଲେ ସମାନେେ ମାଶାେ ଓ ହାରୋଣ ନିକଟକୁ ତାକୁ ଆଣିଲେ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ମଣ୍ତଳୀ ତା'ର ଚାରିପଟେ ଏକତ୍ରିତ ହେଲେ।
33
Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.
34
ଆଉ ସମାନେେ ତାହାକୁ ସଠାେରେ ରଖିଲେ। କାରଣ ତା'ପ୍ରତି କି ପ୍ରକାର ଶାସ୍ତି ବିଧାନ ହବେ ସମାନେେ ଜାଣି ନ ଥିଲେ।
34
They put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.
35
ତା'ପରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ, ସେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯକୁ ଆଇନ ସଂଗତ ଦଣ୍ତ ଦିଆୟିବ। ସମଗ୍ର ମଣ୍ତଳୀ ତାହାକୁ ଛାଉଣୀ ବାହା ରେ ପଥର ପକାଇ ବଧ କରିବେ।
35
Yahweh said to Moses, The man shall surely be put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.
36
ତେଣୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେ ପ୍ରତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞାନୁସା ରେ ସମଗ୍ର ମଣ୍ତଳୀ ତାହାକୁ ଛାଉଣୀ ବାହାରକୁ ଆଣି ପଥର ଫିଙ୍ଗି ହତ୍ଯା କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।

All the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones; as Yahweh commanded Moses.
37
ଅନନ୍ତର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ,

Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହ, ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞା ଜଣାଇ ଦିଅ, ସମାନେେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ବସ୍ତ୍ରର ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ରେ ଝାଲର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଓ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଝାଲର ଉପରେ ନୀଳ ସୂତ୍ର ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ। ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ତାକୁ ଚିରକାଳ ପରିଧାନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
38
Speak to the children of Israel, and bid those who they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put on the fringe of each border a cord of blue:
39
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯେପରି ସହେି ଝାଲର ଏକାଠି ବନ୍ଧା ହାଇେଥିବା ଦେଖି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଜ୍ଞା ମନେ କରି ପାଳନ କରିବ। ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞାକୁ ଭୁଲି ମନ ଓ ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଅନୁସାରେ ବ୍ଯଭିଚାର କର ନାହିଁ।
39
and it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look on it, and remember all the commandments of Yahweh, and do them; and that you not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you use to play the prostitute;

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାରେ ସସସ୍ତ ଆଜ୍ଞା ସ୍ମରଣ କରି ପାଳନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ଲୋକ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍।

ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର। ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ହବୋକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିଶର ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଅଛି।
