1ଏହାପରେ ଆୟୁବର ତିନି ବନ୍ଧୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦବୋକୁ କ୍ଷାନ୍ତ ହେଲେ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଦେଖିଲେ, ଆୟୁବ ନିଜ ଆଖି ରେ ଧାର୍ମିକ ଅଟେ।
1So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
2କିନ୍ତୁ ସଠାେରେ ଜଣେ ୟୁବକ ଇଲୀହୁ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲା। ସେ ବାରେଖଲର ପୁଅ ଥିଲା। ବାରେଖଲ ବୂଷୀଯ ନାମକ ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିର ବଂଶଧର ଥିଲା। ଇଲୀହୂ ରାମ୍ ପରିବାରର ଲୋକ ଥିଲା। ଇଲୀହୂ ଆୟୁବ ଉପରେ ରାଗ କରିଥିଲା। କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ଆୟୁବ ନିଜେ ଠିକ୍ ବୋଲି ଘାଷେଣା କରୁଥିଲା। ଆୟୁବ କହୁଥିଲା ସେ ଠିକ୍ ଏବଂ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଭୁଲ୍।
2Then the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel, the Buzite, of the family of Ram, was kindled against Job. His wrath was kindled because he justified himself rather than God.
3ଇଲୀହୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ଆୟୁବର ତିନି ବନ୍ଧୁ ଉପରେ ରାଗି ଥିଲା। କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ଆୟୁବର ତିନିବନ୍ଧୁ ଆୟୁବର ୟୁକ୍ତିର ଉତ୍ତର ଦଇପୋରିଲେ ନାହିଁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତଥାପି ସମାନେେ ଆୟୁବକୁ ଦୋଷ ଦେଲେ।
3Also his wrath was kindled against his three friends, because they had found no answer, and yet had condemned Job.
4ଇଲୀହୁ ସଠାେରେ ସବୁଠାରୁ ସାନ ଥିଲା। ସେ ମଧ୍ଯ ସବୁ କଥା ଶୁଣିସାରିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲା। ତା'ପରେ ସେ ଭାବିଲା ସେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଆୟୁବ ସହିତ କଥା କହିପାରିବ।
4Now Elihu had waited to speak to Job, because they were elder than he.
5କିନ୍ତୁ ତା'ପରେ ଇଲୀହୁ ଦେଖିଲା ଆୟୁବର ତିନୋଟି ସାଙ୍ଗଙ୍କର ଅଧିକ କିଛି କହିବାର ନାହିଁ। ତେଣୁ ସେ ରାଗିଗଲା।
5When Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of these three men, his wrath was kindled.
6ତା'ପରେ ଇଲୀହୁ କହିବାକୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲା। ସେ କହିଲା,
6Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered, "I am young, and you are very old; Therefore I held back, and didn't dare show you my opinion.
7ମୁଁ ନିଜେ ଚିନ୍ତା କରୁଥିଲି, 'ବଯସ୍କ ଲୋକମାନେ ପ୍ରଥମେ କହିବା ଉଚିତ। ସମାନେେ ଅନକେ ଦିନ ହେଲା ବଞ୍ଚିଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ଅନକେ କଥା ଶିଖିଛନ୍ତି।'
7I said, 'Days should speak, And multitude of years should teach wisdom.'
8କିନ୍ତୁ ମଣିଷ ଭିତ ରେ ଏକ ଆତ୍ମା ଅଛି ଏବଂ ଏହା ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କର ନିଶ୍ବାସ ଯାହା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସମସ୍ତ ବୁଝାମଣା ଦଇେଥାଏ।
8But there is a spirit in man, And the breath of the Almighty gives them understanding.
9ବଯସ୍କ ଲୋକମାନେ କବଳେ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି, ଏହା ନୁହେଁ ଯେ କବଳେ ବୃଦ୍ଧ ଲୋକମାନେ ଠିକ୍ ବୁଝନ୍ତି।
9It is not the great who are wise, Nor the aged who understand justice.
10ତେଣୁ ଦୟାକରି ମାେ କଥା ଶୁଣନ୍ତୁ। ଏବଂ ମୁଁ କ'ଣ ଭାବୁଛି ତାହା କହିବି।
10Therefore I said, 'Listen to me; I also will show my opinion.'
11ଆପଣମାନେ ଯାହା କଥାବାର୍ତ୍ତା ହେଉଥିଲେ ତାହା ମୁଁ ର୍ଧୈୟ୍ଯର ସହ ଶୁଣିଲି। ଆପଣ ଆୟୁବକୁ ଯେଉଁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ ତାହା ଶୁଣିଲି।
11"Behold, I waited for your words, And I listened for your reasoning, While you searched out what to say.
12ଆପଣ ଯେଉଁ ଜିନିଷ କହିଲେ ତାହା ସାବଧାନ ହାଇେ ଶୁଣିଲି। ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଜଣେ କହେି ଆୟୁବଙ୍କୁ ଭୁଲ୍ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରମାଣ କରିପାରିଲା ନାହିଁ, କିମ୍ବା ତାଙ୍କର ୟୁକ୍ତିର ଉତ୍ତର ଦଇପୋରିଲ ନାହିଁ।
12Yes, I gave you my full attention, But there was no one who convinced Job, Or who answered his words, among you.
13ଆପଣ ତିନିଜଣ କହିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ ଯେ ଆପଣମାନେ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଲାଭ କରି ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଆୟୁବର ୟୁକ୍ତିର ଉତ୍ତର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ଦବୋ ଉଚିତ୍, ଲୋକମାନେ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି।
13Beware lest you say, 'We have found wisdom, God may refute him, not man:'
14ଆୟୁବ ତାଙ୍କ ୟୁକ୍ତି ମାେ ଆଗ ରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ କରି ନାହାନ୍ତି। ଆପଣ ତିନିଜଣ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିଥିବା ୟୁକ୍ତିକୁ ମୁଁ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିବି ନାହିଁ।
14For he has not directed his words against me; Neither will I answer him with your speeches.
15ଆୟୁବ, ଏହି ଲୋକମାନେ ୟୁକ୍ତି ରେ ହାରିଗଲେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅଧିକ କିଛି କହିବାର ନାହିଁ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର କୌଣସି ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଉତ୍ତର ମଧ୍ଯ ନାହିଁ।
15"They are amazed. They answer no more. They don't have a word to say.
16ଆୟୁବ ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଉତ୍ତରକୁ ମୁଁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କଲି କିନ୍ତୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମାନେେ ନୀରବ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭସହ ୟୁକ୍ତି କରିବା ବନ୍ଦ କରି ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି।
16Shall I wait, because they don't speak, Because they stand still, and answer no more?
17ସେଥିପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମାରେଉତ୍ତର ଦବେି। ହଁ, ମୁଁ ଯାହା ଚିନ୍ତା କରୁଛି ମୁଁ କହିବି।
17I also will answer my part, And I also will show my opinion.
18ମାରେ ବହୁତ କିଛି କହିବାର ଅଛି ଯେ ମୁଁ ପ୍ରାଯତଃ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ କରିୟିବି।
18For I am full of words. The spirit within me constrains me.
19ମୁଁ ନୂଆ ଭରା ପାଇଥିବା ଗୋଟିଏ ମଦ ବୋତଲ, ଯାହା ଏପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଖାେଲା ୟାଇ ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ ଏକ ନୂଆ ମଦ୍ଯ ଭାଣ୍ଡ ପରି ଯାହା ଫାଟିୟିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ।
19Behold, my breast is as wine which has no vent; Like new wineskins it is ready to burst.
20ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ କହିବି। ତା'ପରେ ମୁଁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ଅନୁଭବ କରିବି। ଆଯବର ୟୁକ୍ତିର ମୁଁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦବେି ଓ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ କହିବି।
20I will speak, that I may be refreshed. I will open my lips and answer.
21ଅନ୍ୟ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୁଁ ଯଭେଳି ବ୍ଯବହାର କରେ, ଆୟୁବ ସହିତ ମୁଁ ସଭେଳି ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିବି। ତା'ର ମନଲାଖି କଥା କହିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରିବି ନାହିଁ। ଯାହା ଉଚିତ ତାହା ମୁଁ କହିବି।
21Please don't let me respect any man's person, Neither will I give flattering titles to any man.
22ଗୋଟିଏ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିଠାରୁ ଆଉ ଗୋଟିଏ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକୁ ଅଧିକ ଭଲ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିପାରିବି ନାହିଁ। ଯଦି ମୁଁ କରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେତେ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବେେ।
22For I don't know how to give flattering titles; Or else my Maker would soon take me away.
