1ସହ ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ଯାକୁବ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ମଲନାନୀତ ଇଶ୍ରାଲୟଲ ଆମ୍ଭର ଯାହା କଥିତ ଶୁଣ।
1Yet now hear, Jacob my servant, and Israel, who I have chosen:
2ଆମ୍ଲଭ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁସଯ କି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଗଢ଼ିଲଲ ମାତୃ ଗର୍ଭରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁସଯ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲଲ। ୟିଏ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କଲଲ,ସସହି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କୁହନ୍ତି,ସହ ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ଯାକୁବ,ସହ ଆମ୍ଭର ମଲନାନୀତ ଶିଶୁଗଣ, ଭୟ କର ନାହିଁ।
2Thus says Yahweh who made you, and formed you from the womb, who will help you: Don't be afraid, Jacob my servant; and you, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.
3'ଆମ୍ଲଭ ତୃଷିତ ଭୂମି ଉପସର ଜଳ ଓ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଭୂମି ଉପସର ଜଳଲଷାର୍ତ ଢ଼ାଳିବା। ଆମ୍ଲଭ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବଂଶ ଉପସର ଆପଣା ଆତ୍ମା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ଉପସର ଆପଣା ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ବର୍ଷାଇବା।
3For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit on your seed, and my blessing on your offspring:
4ସତଣୁସସମାଲନ ଜଳଲଷାର୍ତ ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ବାଇଶବୃକ୍ଷ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ବଢ଼ିବାକୁ ଲାଗିବଲ।
4and they shall spring up among the grass, as willows by the watercourses.
5ଜଲଣ କହିବ, ଆମ୍ଲଭ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର,' ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଲଣ ଯାକୁବ'ସବାଲି ନିଜକୁ କହିବ ; ଆଉସକହି 'ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର' ସ୍ବାକ୍ଷର ନିଜ ହାତସର କରିବ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟସକହି 'ଇଶ୍ରାଲୟଲର ନାମସର ନିଜକୁ ପରିଚଯ ଦଲବ।'
5One shall say, I am Yahweh's; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand to Yahweh, and surname himself by the name of Israel.
6ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାଲୟଲର ରାଜା।ସସହି ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାଲୟଲର ତ୍ରାଣକର୍ତ୍ତା କୁହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଆଦି ଓ ଅନ୍ତ, ଆମ୍ଭ ବ୍ଯତୀତ ଅନ୍ୟ ପରଲମଶ୍ବର ନାହାଁନ୍ତି।
6Thus says Yahweh, the King of Israel, and his Redeemer, Yahweh of Hosts: I am the first, and I am the last; and besides me there is no God.
7ଆମ୍ଭ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ଅନ୍ୟ ପରଲମଶ୍ବର ନାହାଁନ୍ତି। ଯଦି ଥାଆନ୍ତିସତଲବସସ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଆସି କୁହନ୍ତୁ।ସସ ଯଦି ଆମ୍ଭପରି,ସତଲବ ଆସି ପ୍ରମାଣ କରନ୍ତୁ।ସସ ମଧ୍ଯ କୁହନ୍ତୁ ଆମ୍ଲଭ ପୁରାତନସଲାକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କଲାସବଲଳ କ'ଣସବୁ ଘଟିଥିଲା।ସସ ମଧ୍ଯ ଭବିଷ୍ଯତସର କ'ଣ ଘଟିବ ତାହାର ସଙ୍କଲତ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ।
7Who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I established the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and that shall happen, let them declare.
8ତୁମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ଭୀତ ଓ ବିବ୍ରତ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଲଭ ସର୍ବଦା କହିଛୁ ଭବିଷ୍ଯତସର କ'ଣ ଘଟିବ। ତୁମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ଆମ୍ଭର ସାକ୍ଷୀ। ଆମ୍ଭ ଭିନ୍ନ ଆଉ ପରଲମଶ୍ବର ନାହାଁନ୍ତି। ଅନ୍ୟ ଶୈଳ ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଜାଣୁ ଆମ୍ଲଭ ହିଁ ଏକମାତ୍ର।'
8Don't fear, neither be afraid: haven't I declared to you of old, and shown it? You are my witnesses. Is there a God besides me? Indeed, there is not. I don't know any Rock.
9ସଯଉଁଦିନସଖାଦିତ ପ୍ରତିମା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରନ୍ତି,ସସ ସବୁ ଅସାର, ଯଦିଓସଲାଲକସସଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଆଦର କରନ୍ତି।ସସଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଉପକାରୀ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି।ସସହିସଲାକମାଲନ ସାକ୍ଷୀସହଲଲ ବିସସମାଲନ ଲଜ୍ଜିତସହଲବ।ସସମାଲନ କିଛିସଦଖନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ କି କିଛି ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
9Those who fashion an engraved image are all of them vanity; and the things that they delight in shall not profit; and their own witnesses don't see, nor know: that they may be disappointed.
10କିଏ ଏପରିସଦବତା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଛି ୟିଏ ଅଦରକାରୀ ଏବଂ ହାନିକାରକ ? କିଏ ଏପରି ପ୍ରତିମା ଗଠନ କରିଛି ?
10Who has fashioned a god, or molten an image that is profitable for nothing?
11ସଯଉଁ ଶ୍ରମିକଗଣସସହି ପ୍ରତିମା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି,ସସମାଲନ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ମାତ୍ର,ସସମାଲନ ପରଲମଶ୍ବର ନୁହଁନ୍ତି।ସସମାଲନ ସମସ୍ଲତ ଯଦି ଏକତ୍ରୀତସହାଇ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଲବ,ସତଲବସସମାଲନ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଲଜ୍ଜିତସହଲବ ଏବଂ କମ୍ପିତସହଲବ।
11Behold, all his fellows shall be disappointed; and the workmen, they are of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; they shall fear, they shall be put to shame together.
12କର୍ମକାର ପ୍ରତିମା ଗଢ଼ିଲାସବଲଳ ଲାଲ୍ ଉତ୍ତପ୍ତ ଅଙ୍ଗାରସର କର୍ମ କଲର ଓ ନିଜର ବଳିଷ୍ଠ ବାହୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯସର ହାତୁଡ଼ିସର ତାହାର ଆକାର ତିଆରି କଲର,ସଯଲତଲବଲଳସସ କ୍ଷୁଧାର୍ତ୍ତ ହୁଏ, ତା'ର ଶକ୍ତି ହରାଏ ଓ ଜଳପାନ ନ କଲଲ ଦୁର୍ବଳସହାଇୟାଏ।
12The smith makes an axe, and works in the coals, and fashions it with hammers, and works it with his strong arm: yes, he is hungry, and his strength fails; he drinks no water, and is faint.
13ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଲଣ ଶ୍ରମିକ ସୁତାଧରି ସିନ୍ଦୂରସର ଚିହ୍ନସହାଇ କାଠ ଉପସର ରନ୍ଦା ବୁଲାଇ ପ୍ରତିମାର ଆକୃତି କଲର।ସସ ତା'ର ହତିଆର ଓ ମାପ ୟନ୍ତ୍ର ବ୍ଯବହାର କରି ଠିକ୍ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ଆକୃତିର ପ୍ରତିମା ଗଢ଼ଲ।ସସ ପ୍ରତିମାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଘସର କିମ୍ବା ମନ୍ଦିରସର ରହିବା ପାଇଁ ମନୁଷ୍ଯର ସୁନ୍ଦରତାସର ମନୁଷ୍ଯର ପ୍ରତିମାସର ତିଆରିସହାଇଛି।
13The carpenter stretches out a line; he marks it out with a pencil; he shapes it with planes, and he marks it out with the compasses, and shapes it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man, to dwell in a house.
14ସସ ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ଏରସ, ତର୍ସୀ ଓ ଆଲଲାନ୍ ବୃକ୍ଷ କାଟଲ।ସସସସଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ବୃକ୍ଷମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅଲର ବଢ଼ାଇଥାଏ। ମାତ୍ରସସ ଦଲବଦାରୁସରାପଣ କଲର,ସତଲବ ବର୍ଷା ତାକୁ ବଢ଼ାଇବାସର ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କଲର।
14He cuts down cedars for himself, and takes the cypress and the oak, and strengthens for himself one among the trees of the forest: he plants a fir tree, and the rain nourishes it.
15ସସହି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଏରସକୁ ଜାଳଲଣି ରୂଲପ ବ୍ଯବହାର କଲର।ସସ ତାକୁସଛାଟସଛାଟ ଖଣ୍ଡ କରିସସଥିସର ଅଗ୍ନି ସଂୟୋଗ କରି ତାପ ପାଏ।ସସସସହି ନିଆଁସରସରାଟୀ ତିଆରି କଲର, ଆଉ ମଧ୍ଯସସହି କାଠର କିଛି ଅଂଶସରସଦବତା କରି ତାକୁ ପୂଜା କଲର ଓ ଏକସଖାଦିତ ପ୍ରତିମା କରି ତାହା ସମ୍ମୁଖସର ଦଣ୍ଡବତ କଲର।
15Then shall it be for a man to burn; and he takes of it, and warms himself; yes, he kindles it, and bakes bread: yes, he makes a god, and worships it; he makes it an engraved image, and falls down to it.
16ଅଧା କାଠସସ ଅଗ୍ନିସର ପୋଡ଼ଲ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧକଲସରସସ ମାଂସ ରାନ୍ଧି ଭୋଜନ କଲର।ସସଥିସରସସ ତୃପ୍ତ ହୁଏ। ଆଉ ମଧ୍ଯସସ ଅଗ୍ନି ଜାଳି ତାପ ପାଏ ଓ କସହ, ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଉଷ୍ମସହଲୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ଆଲଲାକସଦଖି ପାରିଲୁ।
16He burns part of it in the fire; with part of it he eats flesh; he roasts roast, and is satisfied; yes, he warms himself, and says, Aha, I am warm, I have seen the fire.
17ସଯଉଁ ଅଳ୍ପ କିଛି ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ରଲହସସସସଥିସର ଏକସଦବତା, ଆପଣାରସଖାଦିତ ପ୍ରତିମା ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲର ଓ ତାକୁସଦବତାସବାଲି କସହ।ସସ ତାହା ଆଗସର ଦଣ୍ଡବତସହାଇ ପୂଜା କଲର। ଏବଂ ତାକୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରି କସହ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଆମ୍ଭରସଦବତା, ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କର।
17The residue of it he makes a god, even his engraved image; he falls down to it and worships, and prays to it, and says, Deliver me; for you are my god.
18ସସହିସଲାକମାଲନ କ'ଣ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ କି ବିଚାର କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।ସସମାଲନସଯପରିସଦଖି ନ ପାରିଲବ ଏଥିପାଇଁସସମାନଙ୍କର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଓସସମାଲନସଯପରି ବୁଝି ନ ପାରିଲବ, ଏଥିପାଇଁସସମାନଙ୍କର ଚିତ୍ତସସ ମୁଦ୍ରିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
18They don't know, neither do they consider: for he has shut their eyes, that they can't see; and their hearts, that they can't understand.
19ସସହିସଲାକମାଲନ ଭାବି ନଥାନ୍ତି।ସସମାଲନ ଏହା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବୁଦ୍ଧି ଜ୍ଞାନ ହରାଇ ଥାନ୍ତି।ସସମାଲନ ବୁଝନ୍ତି ନାହିଁସଯ, ଅଧା କାଠସପାଡ଼ି ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଉଷୁମ ପାଇଲୁ, ଉତ୍ତପ୍ତ ଅଙ୍ଗାରସରସରାଟୀସସକି ଓ ମାଂସ ରାନ୍ଧି ଖାଇଲୁ ଓ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶସର ପ୍ରତିମା ଗଢ଼ିଲୁ ଯାହାକି ଅସାର ଓ ଘୃଣାୟୋଗ୍ଯ। ପୁଣିସସ କାଠ ଆଗସର ଦଣ୍ଡବତସହଲୁ।'
19None calls to mind, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire; yes, also I have baked bread on the coals of it; I have roasted flesh and eaten it: and shall I make the residue of it an abomination? shall I fall down to the stock of a tree?
20ସଯ ଭସ୍ମସଭାଜନ କଲର,ସସ ନିଜର ଜୀବନକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିପାସର ନାହିଁ।ସମା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତସର ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ବିଷଯସର କ'ଣସକୗଣସି ମିଥ୍ଯା ନାହିଁ ? କହିପାସର ନାହିଁ। ଏଣୁ ତା'ର ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତଚିତ୍ତ ତାକୁ ବିପଥଗାମୀ କରିଛି।
20He feeds on ashes; a deceived heart has turned him aside; and he can't deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?
21ସହ ଯାକୁବ,ସହ ଇଶ୍ରାଲୟଲ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ଏହିସବୁ କଥା ସ୍ମରଣ କର। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଲଭ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଅଛୁ।ସତଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ।ସହ ଇଶ୍ରାଲୟଲ, ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଭୁଲିବ ନାହିଁ।
21Remember these things, Jacob, and Israel; for you are my servant: I have formed you; you are my servant: Israel, you shall not be forgotten by me.
22ମଲଘ ସଦୃଶ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପାପକୁ ଓ କୁହୁଡ଼ି ସଦୃଶ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପାପକୁ ଆମ୍ଲଭ ମାର୍ଜନା କରିଅଛୁ। ପବନସର ମଲଘ ଚାଲିଗଲା ପରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ପାପସବୁ ଦୂରୀଭୂତସହାଇଅଛି।ସତଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଆମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁସଫରିଆସ, କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଲଭ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛୁ।'
22I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins: return to me; for I have redeemed you.
23ସହ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ, ଗାନ କର, କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହା ସାଧନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।ସହ ପୃଥିବୀର ଭୂତଳସ୍ଥାନ ସକଳ ଆନନ୍ଦଧ୍ବନି କର।ସହ ପର୍ବତ ଗଣ,ସହ ଅରଣ୍ଯ ଓ ତନ୍ମଧ୍ଯସ୍ଥ ବୃକ୍ଷ ସମୂହ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ସମସ୍ଲତ ଉଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ବରସର ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର ; କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯାକୁବକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଇଶ୍ରାଲୟଲକୁସଗୗରବନ୍ବିତ କରିଲବ।
23Sing, you heavens, for Yahweh has done it; shout, you lower parts of the earth; break forth into singing, you mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for Yahweh has redeemed Jacob, and will glorify himself in Israel.
24ତୁମ୍ଭର ତ୍ରାଣକର୍ତ୍ତା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମାତୃ ଗର୍ଭରୁ ହିଁ ଗଢିଛନ୍ତି।ସସ ଏହା କୁହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଲଭ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ସମସ୍ତ ସାଧନ କରିଅଛୁ। ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ତଳକୁ ବିସ୍ତାର କରୁ ଓ ଏକାକୀ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ପ୍ରସାରିତ କରୁ। ଆମ୍ଭର ସହିତସକହି ନାହିଁ।
24Thus says Yahweh, your Redeemer, and he who formed you from the womb: I am Yahweh, who makes all things; who stretches forth the heavens alone; who spreads abroad the earth (who is with me?);
25ଆମ୍ଲଭ ମିଥ୍ଯାବାଦୀମାନଙ୍କର ମିଥ୍ଯାକୁ ପ୍ରମାଣ କରୁ। ଆମ୍ଲଭ ନିର୍ଲବାଧମାନଙ୍କର ୟାଦୁକାରୀ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ବିଫଳ କରୁ। ଜ୍ଞାନୀମାନଙ୍କର ଜ୍ଞାନକୁ ପ୍ରତିହତ କରୁ ଓସସମାନଙ୍କର ଜ୍ଞାନକୁ ଅଜ୍ଞାନତାସର ପରିଣତ କରୁ।
25who frustrates the signs of the liars, and makes diviners mad; who turns wise men backward, and makes their knowledge foolish;
26ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଆମ୍ଭ ଦାସର ବାକ୍ଯ ତୁଚ୍ଛ କରୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ଦୂତମାନଙ୍କର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ସିଦ୍ଧ କରୁ। ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ଉତ୍ତମସବାଲି ଆମ୍ଲଭସଦଖାଇ ଦଲଉ।
26who confirms the word of his servant, and performs the counsel of his messengers; who says of Jerusalem, She shall be inhabited; and of the cities of Judah, They shall be built, and I will raise up the waste places of it;
27ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଗଭୀର ଜଳକୁ ଶୁଷ୍କସହବାକୁ କହୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନଦନଦୀଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଶୁଷ୍କ କରିଦଲଉ।
27who says to the deep, Be dry, and I will dry up your rivers;
28ଆମ୍ଲଭସକାରସ ବିଷଯସର କହୁ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଆମ୍ଭସମଷପାଳକ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଆମ୍ଭର ମଙ୍ଗଳ କରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମିତସହବସବାଲି କହିବ।' ପୁଣି ମନ୍ଦିରର ମୂଳଦୁଆ ସ୍ଥାପିତସହବସବାଲି ତୁମ୍ଲଭ କହିବ।'
28Who says of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure, even saying of Jerusalem, She shall be built; and of the temple, Your foundation shall be laid.
