1ମୁଁ ଚଉଦ ବର୍ଷ ପଲର ପୁଣି ଥଲର ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ଗଲି। ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବବା ଓ ତିତସଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ସାଙ୍ଗସରସନଇ ଥିଲି।
1Then after a period of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me.
2ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ୟିବା ପାଇଁ ପରଲମଶ୍ବରସମାଲତ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିବାରୁ ମୁଁସସଠାକୁ ଯାଇଥିଲି। ବିଶ୍ବାସୀସଲାକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅଲର ଥିବା ନଲତୃସ୍ଥାନୀୟସଲାକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ମୁଁ ଗଲି।ସଯଲତଲବଲଳ ଆମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ଏକାନ୍ତସର ଥିଲୁ,ସସଲତଲବଲଳସସମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୁଁ ପ୍ରଚାର କରୁଥିବା ସୁସମାଚାର ଶୁଣାଇଲି। ମୁଁ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଗରୁ ଏହି ସୁସମାଚାର ଶୁଣାଇ ସାରି ଥିଲି। ଏହାଦ୍ବାରା ମୁଁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କଲିସଯ, ମୁଁସଯଉଁ କାମ ପୂର୍ବରୁ କରି ସାରିଥିଲି ଓ ଏଲବ ଯାହା କରୁଛି,ସଯପରିସସ ସବୁ ବିଫଳ ନ ହୁଏ।
2I went up by revelation, and I laid before them the gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately before those who were respected, for fear that I might be running, or had run, in vain.
3ତିତସସମା ସହିତ ଥିଲଲ।ସସ ଜଲଣ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀସଲାକ ଥିଲଲ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହିସଲାକମାଲନ ତିତସଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ସୁନ୍ନତସହବା ପାଇଁ ବାଧ୍ଯ କଲଲ ନାହିଁ।
3But not even Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised.
4ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଏହି ସମସ୍ଯା ବିଷୟସର କଥାବାର୍ତ୍ତାସହବାକୁ ଆବଶ୍ଯକ ମଲନ କରୁଥିଲୁ। କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭ ଦଳ ଭିତରକୁସକଲତକ ଭଣ୍ତ ଭାଇ ଲୁଚିଛପି ପଶି ଆସିଥିଲଲ, ଓ ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କଠାସର ଥିବା ଆମ୍ଭର ସ୍ବାଧୀନତା ଉପଲର ଗୋଇନ୍ଦାଗିରି କରି ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଦାସ କରି ରଖିବାକୁସଚଷ୍ଟା କରୁଥିଲଲ।
4This was because of the false brothers secretly brought in, who stole in to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage;
5କିନ୍ତୁସସହି ଭଣ୍ଡ ଭାଇମାଲନ ଯାହା କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଥିଲଲ,ସସଥିସର ଆମ୍ଲଭସକୗଣସି ମଲତ ସମ୍ମତସହଲୁ ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଇଚ୍ଛା କଲୁସଯ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଭିତସର ସୁସମାଚାର ସତ୍ଯ ରହିଥାଉ।
5to whom we gave no place in the way of subjection, not for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.
6କିନ୍ତୁସସହି ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତସଲାକମାଲନ ମୁଁ କହିଥିବା ସୁସମାଚାରର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କଲଲ ନାହିଁ।ସମା ପାଇଁ କିଏ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ବା ନୁଲହଁ, ତାହାର କିଛି ଅର୍ଥ ନାହିଁ। ପରଲମଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିକଟଲର ସମସ୍ଲତ ସମାନ।
6But from those who were reputed to be important (whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God doesn't show partiality to man)�they, I say, who were respected imparted nothing to me,
7ଏହିସଲାକମାଲନସଦଖିଲଲସଯ, ପରଲମଶ୍ବର ପିତରଙ୍କ ଭଳିସମାଲତସଗାଟିଏ ବିଶଲଷ କାମସଦଇଛନ୍ତି। ପରଲମଶ୍ବର ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁସମାଚାର କହିବା ପାଇଁ ପିତରଙ୍କୁ ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ପରଲମଶ୍ବରସମାଲତ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁସମାଚାର କହିବା କାମସଦଇଛନ୍ତି।
7but to the contrary, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the gospel for the uncircumcision, even as Peter with the gospel for the circumcision
8ପରଲମଶ୍ବର ପିତରଙ୍କୁ ଜଲଣ ପ୍ସରରିତ ରୂଲପର କାମ କରିବା ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲଲ।ସସ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କର ଜଲଣ ପ୍ସରରିତ। ପରଲମଶ୍ବରସମାଲତ ମଧ୍ଯ ଜଲଣ ପ୍ସରରିତ ଭାବଲର କାମ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ସରରିତ ଅଲଟ।
8(for he who appointed Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision appointed me also to the Gentiles);
9ଯାକୁବ, ପିତର ଓସଯାହନସନତା ରୂଲପ ପରିଗଣିତସହଉଥିଲଲ।ସସମାଲନସଦଖିଲଲସଯ, ପରଲମଶ୍ବରସମାଲତ ଏହି ବିଶଲଷ ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।ସସଥିପାଇଁସସମାଲନ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବବା ଓସମାଲତ ତାହାଙ୍କର ସହଭାଗୀତାର ଦକ୍ଷିଣହସ୍ତ ପ୍ରଦାନ କଲଲ। ଯାକୁବ, ପିତର ଓସଯାହନ କହିଲଲ, ପାଉଲ ଓ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବବା, ତୁମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ୟିବା କଥାସର ଆମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ରାଜି ଅଛୁ। ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ୟିବୁ।
9and when they perceived the grace that was given to me, James and Cephas and John, they who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcision.
10ସସମାଲନ ଆମ୍ଭକୁସଗାଟିଏ କଥା କହିବା ଉପଲରସଜାରସଦଲଲସଯ, ଆମ୍ଲଭସଯପରି ଅଭାବଲର ଥିବା ଗରୀବସଲାକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବା କଥା ମଲନ ରଖୁ। ଏହି କାମଟି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁସଯ କଲବଳ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରୁଥିଲି ତା ନୁଲହଁ, ବରଂ ଏଥିପାଇଁସମାର ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ମଧ୍ଯ ଥିଲା।
10They only asked us to remember the poor�which very thing I was also zealous to do.
11ପିତର ଆନ୍ତିୟଖିଆ ନଗରକୁ ଆସିଲଲ।ସସସସଠାଲର କିଛି ଭୂଲ୍ କାମ କଲଲ। ମୁଁ ତାଙ୍କ ବିସରାଧସର ସିଧାସଳଖ କହିଲି, କାରଣସସସଦାଷୀ ଥିଲଲ। ଘଟଣାଟି ଏହା :
11But when Peter came to Antioch, I resisted him to the face, because he stood condemned.
12ସଯଲତଲବଲଳ ପିତର ପ୍ରଥମ ଆନ୍ତିୟଖିଆକୁ ଆସିଥିଲଲ,ସସ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଖିଆପିଆ କରୁଥିଲଲ ଓ ସଂମ୍ପର୍କ ରଖିଥିଲଲ। ମାତ୍ରସଯଲତଲବଲଳ ଯାକୁବଙ୍କ ନିକଟରୁସକଲତକ ଯିହୂଦୀଲଲାକ ଆସିଲଲ,ସସମାଲନ ଆସିଲା ପଲର ପିତର ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀଲଲାକଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଖିଆପିଆ ବନ୍ଦ କରିସଦଲଲ, ଓସସମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଦୂରସର ରହିଲଲ। ସୁନ୍ନତସହବା କଥାସର ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରୁଥିବାସଲାକମାନଙ୍କ ଭୟସର ପିତର ଏପରି ଆଚରଣ କଲଲ।
12For before some people came from James, he ate with the Gentiles. But when they came, he drew back and separated himself, fearing those who were of the circumcision.
13ଅତଏବ ପିତର ଜଲଣ କପଟାଚାରୀ ଭାବଲର ଛଳନା ପୂର୍ବକ ଆଚରଣ କଲଲ। ପିତରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଅନ୍ୟ ଯିହୂଦୀ ବିଶ୍ବାସୀମାଲନ ମଧ୍ଯ ୟୋଗସଦଲଲ।ସସଠାଲରସସମାଲନ ମଧ୍ଯ କପଟାଚାରୀ ଭାବଲର ଛଳନା ପୂର୍ବକ ଆଚରଣ କଲଲ।ସସଠାଲରସସମାଲନ ୟହା କଲଲ, ତଦ୍ଦ୍ବାରା ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବବା ମଧ୍ଯ ପ୍ରଭାବିତସହାଇଗଲଲ।
13And the rest of the Jews joined him in his hypocrisy; so that even Barnabas was carried away with their hypocrisy.
14ଏହି ଯିହୂଦୀମାଲନ ଯାହାୟାହା କଲଲ, ମୁଁସଦଖିଲି।ସସମାଲନ ସୁସମାଚାର ସତ୍ଯର ପାଳନ କରୁ ନ ଥିଲଲ।ସତଣୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଅନ୍ୟ ଯିହୂଦୀମାଲନ ଶୁଣି ପାରିବା ଭଳି ମୁଁ ପିତରଙ୍କୁ କହିଲି : ପିତର ! ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଜଲଣ ଯିହୂଦୀ ! କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଜଲଣ ଯିହୂଦୀଙ୍କ ଭଳି ଜୀବନ ଯାପନ କରୁ ନାହଁ। ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀଙ୍କ ଭଳି ଜୀବନଯାପନ କରୁଛ। ଅତଏବ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କୁ, ଯିହୂଦୀଲଲାକଙ୍କ ଭଳି ଜୀବନଯାପନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କିପରି ବାଧ୍ଯ କରୁଛ ?
14But when I saw that they didn't walk uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter before them all, "If you, being a Jew, live as the Gentiles do, and not as the Jews do, why do you compel the Gentiles to live as the Jews do?
15ଆମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ଯିହୂଦୀ ରୂଲପ ଜନ୍ମସହାଇଛୁ, ଏବଂ ଆମ୍ଲଭମାଲନ ପାପୀ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ପରିସନାହୁଁ।
15"We, being Jews by nature, and not Gentile sinners,
16ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଜାଣୁସଯ ନିୟମପାଳନ ଦ୍ବାରାସକହି ପରଲମଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିକଟଲର ଧାର୍ମିକ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ମାତ୍ର ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କଠାସର ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିବା ଦ୍ବାରା ଜଲଣ ପରଲମଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିକଟଲର ଧାର୍ମିକ ହୁଏ।ସସଥିପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଲଭ ପରଲମଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିକଟଲର ଧାର୍ମିକସହବା ପାଇଁ ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କଠାସର ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରିଅଛୁ। ଆମ୍ଲଭ ନିୟମ ପାଳନ ପାଇଁ ନୁଲହଁ ବରଂ ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କଠାସର ବିଶ୍ବାସ ରଖିଥିବାରୁ ପରଲମଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଧାର୍ମିକସହାଇଛୁ। କଲବଳ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାଳନ ଦ୍ବାରାସକୗଣସିସଲାକ ଧାର୍ମିକସହାଇପାସର ନାହିଁ।
16yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through the faith of Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law.
17ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଯିହୂଦୀମାଲନ ପରଲମଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଧାର୍ମିକସହବା ପାଇଁ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଯାଇଛୁ। ଅତଏବ ଆମ୍ଲଭ ମଧ୍ଯ ପାପୀ। ଏହାର ଅର୍ଥ କ'ଣ ଏହାସଯ ଯୀଶୁ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ପାପୀ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ? ନା!
17But if, while we sought to be justified in Christ, we ourselves also were found sinners, is Christ a servant of sin? Certainly not!
18କିନ୍ତୁସଯଉଁ ବିଷୟଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଆମ୍ଲଭ ଛାଡ଼ିସଦଇ ସାରିଛୁ, ମୁଁ ଯଦିସସହିଗୁଡ଼ିକର ପୁନଃ ପ୍ରଚାର ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲର, ତାସହଲଲ ଏହା ଭୂଲସହବ।
18For if I build up again those things which I destroyed, I prove myself a law-breaker.
19ମୁଁ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାଇଁ ଆଉ ବଞ୍ଚି ରହି ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥାସମାର ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ଘଟାଇଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ ପରଲମଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଜୀବନଯାପନ କରୁଛି, ମୁଁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ସହିତ କ୍ରୁଶ ଉପଲର ମୃତ୍ଯୁଲଭାଗ କରିସାରିଛି।
19For I, through the law, died to the law, that I might live to God.
20ଅତଏବ ଏଲବ ମୁଁ ନିଲଜ ଜୀବିତ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ରସମା ମଧିଅଲର ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ ଜୀବିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି।ସମାର ଶରୀର ମଧିଅଲର ମୁଁ ଏ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଜୀବିତ ଅଛି ଓ ପରଲମଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କଠାସରସମାର ବିଶ୍ବାସ ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ଜୀବିତ ଅଛି।ସସସମାଲତ ଭଲ ପାଇଲଲ।ସସସମା ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଇଁ ନିଜକୁ ସମର୍ପିତ କରିସଦଇଛନ୍ତି।
20I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
21ଏହି ଅନୁଗ୍ରହସହଉଛି ପରଲମଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର। ଏହାସମା ପାଇଁ ବହୁତ ମହତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅଲଟ। କାରଣ ଯଦି ନିୟମ ଦ୍ବାରା ଧାର୍ମିକ ଗଣିତସହବା ସମ୍ଭବସହାଇଥାଆନ୍ତା, ତାସହଲଲ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ ବିନା କାରଣସର ନିଜର ପ୍ରାଣ ବିସର୍ଜନ କରି ନ ଥାଆନ୍ତଲ।
21I don't make void the grace of God. For if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nothing!"
