ତେଣୁ ଯେଉଁ ବିଧି ମଙ୍ଗଳଜନକ ନୁହେଁ ସହେିସବୁ ବିଧି ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦଲେୁ ଓ ଯେଉଁ ଶାସନ ରେ ସମାନେ ବଞ୍ଚିବେ ନାହିଁ ସହେିପରି ଶାସନ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦଲେୁ।

Moreover also I gave them statutes that were not good, and ordinances in which they should not live;
