ଯଦି ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକୁ ଆଘାତ କରେ ଓ ହତ୍ଯାକରେ, ତବେେ ଆଘାତ କରିଥିବା ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକୁ ମୃତ୍ଯୁଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଆୟିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
