1ମାଶାେ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାଚୀନବର୍ଗ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଲେ, ମୁ ଆଜି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦଇେଛି, ସଗେକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ପାଳନ କର।
1Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, Keep all the commandment which I command you this day.
2ଯେଉଁଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀ ପାରହେଲ ଏବଂ ସହେି ଦେଶ ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କଲ, ଯାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ସହେିଦିନ ହିଁ ଏକ ବୃହତ୍ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରି ତାହା ଲପନେ କରିବ।
2It shall be on the day when you shall pass over the Jordan to the land which Yahweh your God gives you, that you shall set yourself up great stones, and plaster them with plaster:
3ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଠାେରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ମାତ୍ ରେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହିସବୁ ନିଯମ ସହେି ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଉପରେ ଲେଖିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ଏହାକର ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀ ପାର ହାଇେ ସହେି ଦେଶ ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛ, ଯାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି। ଦକ୍ସ୍ଟଗ୍ଧ, ମଧକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପ୍ରବାହୀତ ହେଉଥିବାର ଦେଶ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷଗଣଙ୍କର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଯେ ହତେକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲେ।
3and you shall write on them all the words of this law, when you are passed over; that you may go in to the land which Yahweh your God gives you, a land flowing with milk and honey, as Yahweh, the God of your fathers, has promised you.
4ପକ୍ସ୍ଟଣି ଆଜି ମୁ ଯେଉଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ବିଷଯ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦଲେି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ପାର ହେଲାପରେ ଏବଲ ପର୍ବତ ରେ ସହେି ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସବୁ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବ ଓ ତାହା ସବୁ ଚକ୍ସ୍ଟନ ରେ ଲପେିବ।
4It shall be, when you are passed over the Jordan, that you shall set up these stones, which I command you this day, in Mount Ebal, and you shall plaster them with plaster.
5ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଠାେରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଇଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଏକ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ପଥର ରେ ଏକ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବ। ସହେି ପଥର କାଟିବା ରେ ଲକ୍ସ୍ଟହା ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
5There shall you build an altar to Yahweh your God, an altar of stones: you shall lift up no iron tool on them.
6ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ସମସ୍ତ ଅଚଞ୍ଛା ପଥର ରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶଓରଙ୍କୁ ହାମବେଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
6You shall build the altar of Yahweh your God of uncut stones; and you shall offer burnt offerings thereon to Yahweh your God:
7ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମଙ୍ଗଳାର୍ଥକ ବଳିଦାନ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରି ସଠାେରେ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବ।
7and you shall sacrifice peace-offerings, and shall eat there; and you shall rejoice before Yahweh your God.
8ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସହେି ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଉପରେ ଏହି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥାର ସମସ୍ତ କଥା ସକ୍ସ୍ଟନ୍ଦରଭାବେ ଖାେଳି ଲେଖିବ।
8You shall write on the stones all the words of this law very plainly.
9ମାଶାେ ଓ ଯାଜକମାନେ ସମସ୍ତ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲକକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ନୀରବ ରେ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟଧ୍ଯାନ କର, ଆଜି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଲୋକ ହେଲ।
9Moses and the priests the Levites spoke to all Israel, saying, Keep silence, and listen, Israel: this day you are become the people of Yahweh your God.
10ଏଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ କଥା ରେ କର୍ଣପାତ କର ଓ ଆଜି ମୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଯେଉଁ ସମସ୍ତ ଆଜ୍ଞା ବିଧି ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରୁଅଛି। ତାହା ପାଳନ କର।
10You shall therefore obey the voice of Yahweh your God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command you this day.
11ସହେି ଦିନ ମାଶାେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ,
11Moses charged the people the same day, saying,
12ତୁମ୍ଭେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ପାର ହବୋପରେଶିମିଯୋନ, ଲବେୀ, ୟିହକ୍ସ୍ଟଦା, ଇଷାଖର, ଯୋଷଫେ ଓ ବିଦ୍ଯାମୀନ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗଣ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗରିଷୀମ୍ ପର୍ବତ ଉପରେ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ଛିଡା ହବେ।
12These shall stand on Mount Gerizim to bless the people, when you are passed over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin.
13ଏବଂ ରୂବନ୍େ, ଗାଦ୍, ଆଶରେ, ସବୂଲୂନ୍,ଦାନ, ନଲ୍ଗାଲି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଯକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦବୋ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏବଲ ପର୍ବତ ରେ ଠିଆ ହବେେ।
13These shall stand on Mount Ebal for the curse: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
14ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତ ଲବେୀୟମାନେ ଖକ୍ସ୍ଟବ୍ ଉଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ବର ରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଇେ କହିବେ,
14The Levites shall answer, and tell all the men of Israel with a loud voice,
15' ଯେଉଁ ମନକ୍ସ୍ଟଷ୍ଯ କୌଣସି ଖାଦେିତ କିଅବା ଛାଞ୍ଚଢଳା ମୂର୍ତ୍ତୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରେ ଯାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଏହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଏକ ଗୋପନ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରେ, ସେ ଶାପଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍।'
15Cursed be the man who makes an engraved or molten image, an abomination to Yahweh, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and sets it up in secret. All the people shall answer and say, Amen.
16 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, 'ଆପଣା ପିତା ମାତାଙ୍କୁ ୟିଏ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କରେ ଓ ଅସମ୍ମାନ କରେ ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'
16Cursed be he who sets light by his father or his mother. All the people shall say, Amen.
17 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ' ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀର ଭୂମିର ଚିହ୍ନ ଘକ୍ସ୍ଟଞ୍ଚାଏ, ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'
17Cursed be he who removes his neighbor's landmark. All the people shall say, Amen.
18 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ' ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଅନ୍ଧକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବାଟ ଭୂଲାଏ, ସେ ଲୋକ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'
18Cursed be he who makes the blind to wander out of the way. All the people shall say, Amen.
19 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ' ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ବିଧବା, ବିଦେଶୀ, ଅନାଥଙ୍କର ନ୍ଯାଯ କରିବା ରେ ବାଧା ଦିଏ ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'
19Cursed be he who wrests the justice due to the foreigner, fatherless, and widow. All the people shall say, Amen.
20 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ' ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ପିତାଙ୍କ ଭାର୍ୟ୍ଯା ସହିତ ଶଯନ କରେ ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ। କାରଣ ସେ ଯାହା ତା'ର ପିତାର ସେ ତାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଅନାବରଣ କରିଥାଏ।
20Cursed be he who lies with his father's wife, because he has uncovered his father's skirt. All the people shall say, Amen.
21 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ' ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକର କୌଣସି ପଶକ୍ସ୍ଟ ସହିତ ୟୌନ ସଐର୍କ ଥାଏ, ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'
21Cursed be he who lies with any manner of animal. All the people shall say, Amen.
22 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ' ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଭଉଣୀ ବା ପିତୃକନ୍ଯା ବା ମାତୃକନ୍ଯା ସହିତ ୟୌନ ସଐର୍କ ରେଖ ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'
22Cursed be he who lies with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. All the people shall say, Amen.
23 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ଯେ କହେି ଆପଣା ଶାଶକ୍ସ୍ଟ ସଙ୍ଗେ ୟୌନ ସଐର୍କ ରକ୍ଷାକରେ ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'
23Cursed be he who lies with his mother-in-law. All the people shall say, Amen.
24 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ଯେଉଁଲୋକ ଆପଣା ପଡ଼ୋଶୀକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗୋପନ ରେ ହତ୍ଯା କରେ ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'
24Cursed be he who strikes his neighbor in secret. All the people shall say, Amen.
25 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ' ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧୋଷ ପ୍ରାଣୀକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବାକୁ ଅର୍ଥନିଏ ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ?'
25Cursed be he who takes a bribe to kill an innocent person. All the people shall say, Amen.
26 ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, ' ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଏହି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥାର ପାଳନ କରେ ନାହିଁ କିମ୍ବା ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସରଣ କରେ ନାହିଁ, ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'
26Cursed be he who doesn't confirm the words of this law to do them. All the people shall say, Amen.
