'ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିଶର ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିବା ଦିନଠାରୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ନାମ ରେ ଗୃହଟିଏ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର କୌଣସି ପରିବାରବର୍ଗର ନଗର ରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍ଥାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମନୋନୀତ କରି ନାହିଁ। ମାରେ ଲୋକ, ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ନତେୃତ୍ବ ଦବୋ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ଭେ କୌଣସି ଗୋଟିଏ ଲୋକକୁ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମନୋନୀତ କରି ନାହଁ।

Since the day that I brought forth my people out of the land of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house in, that my name might be there; neither chose I any man to be prince over my people Israel:
