ଓଡ଼ିଆ ବାଇବେଲ
ଜଣେ ସ୍ବାମୀ ଜୀବିତ ଥିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ସେ ତା' ସହିତ ରହିବା ପାଇଁ ବାଧ୍ଯ। ସ୍ବାମୀ ମରିଗଲା ପରେ ସେ ଯେ କୌଣସି ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକ ସହିତ ବିବାହ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବାଧୀନ ଅଟେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସମ୍ପର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍।
World English Bible
A wife is bound by law for as long as her husband lives; but if the husband is dead, she is free to be married to whoever she desires, only in the Lord.
