परमेश्वरले ती मानिसहरूलाई नष्ट गर्न चाहनु हुन्थ्यो। तर परमेश्वरले चुन्नु भएको दास मोशाले, बाटो छेके। परमेश्वर अत्यन्त रिसाउनु भयो, तर मानिसहरूमाथि परमेश्वरको रीस रोक्नुको निम्ति मोशाले बाटोहरू बन्द गरिदिए। यसैले परमेश्वरले मानिसहरूलाई नष्ट गर्नु भएन।

Therefore he said that he would destroy them, Had Moses, his chosen, not stood before him in the breach, To turn away his wrath, so that he wouldn't destroy them.
