ती मानिसहरूले जुन तिनीहरूका पिता-पुर्खाहरूले गरेका थिए त्यही पापहरू नै दोहोर्याइरहेका छन्। तिमीहरूका पिता-पुर्खाहरूले मेरो आदेश अनुसार हिडन अस्वीकार गरे। तिनीहरूले अरू देवताहरू पूजे अनि तिनीहरूलाई सेवा गरे। इस्राएल अनि यहूदाका सन्ताहरूले करार भङ्ग गरे जुन मैले तिनीहरूका पिता-पुर्खाहरूसँग गरेको थिएँ।”

They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, who refused to hear my words; and they are gone after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers.
