1मी वर डोंगरांकडे बघतो. पण माझी मदत खरोखर कुठून येणार आहे?
1A Song of Ascents. I was glad when they said to me, "Let's go to Yahweh's house!"
2माझी मदत परमेश्वराकडून, स्वर्ग व पृथ्वी यांच्या निर्मात्याकडून येणार आहे.
2Our feet are standing within your gates, Jerusalem;
3देव तुला खाली पडू देणार नाही. तुझा पाठीराखा झोपी जाणार नाही.
3Jerusalem, that is built as a city that is compact together;
4इस्राएलचा पाठीराखा झोपाळू होत नाही. देव कधीही झोपत नाही.
4Where the tribes go up, even Yah's tribes, According to an ordinance for Israel, To give thanks to the name of Yahweh.
5परमेश्वर तुझा पाठीराखा आहे तो त्याच्या महान शक्तीने तुझे रक्षण करतो.
5For there are set thrones for judgment, The thrones of David's house.
6ख पोहोचवणार नाही. आणि रात्री चंद्र तुला इजा करणार नाही.
6Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper.
7परमेश्वर तुझे प्रत्येक संकटापासून रक्षण करील. परमेश्वर तुझ्या आत्म्याचे रक्षण करील.
7Peace be within your walls, And prosperity within your palaces.
8परमेश्वरा तुला जाण्या - येण्यात मदत करील. परमेश्वर तुला आता मदत करील आणि सदैव मदत करत राहील.
8For my brothers' and companions' sakes, I will now say, "Peace be within you."

9For the sake of the house of Yahweh our God, I will seek your good.
