मी तुम्हांसा सांगतो, जो मनुष्य आपली पत्नी सोडून देतो आणि दुसरीशी लग्न करतो तो व्यभिचार करतो. आपल्या पत्नीला सोडचिठ्ठी देण्याचे एकच कारण आहे, ते म्हणजे पहिल्या पत्नीने परपुरुषांशी व्यभिचार करणे होय.”

I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and he who marries her when she is divorced commits adultery."
