मग याजकाने अन्नार्पणातून स्मारकाचा भाग घेऊन वेदीवर त्याचा होम करावा. हे अग्नीद्वारे केलेले अर्पण आहे; त्याच्या सुवासाने परमेश्वराला आनंद होतो.

The priest shall take from the meal offering its memorial, and shall burn it on the altar, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to Yahweh.
