दुसऱ्या दिवशी सकाळी याकोबाने लेआला पाहिले तेव्हा आपण रात्री लेआबरोबर एकत्र निजलो असे त्याला समजले; मग याकोब लाबानाला म्हणाला, “तुम्ही मला फसवले; मला राहेलीशी लग्न करता यावे म्हणून मी अतिशय काबाडकष्ट केले; तुम्ही मला असे का फसवले?”

It happened in the morning that, behold, it was Leah. He said to Laban, "What is this you have done to me? Didn't I serve with you for Rachel? Why then have you deceived me?"
