मग या लोकांनी राजा अर्तहशश्तने दिलेले पत्र राजाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना तसेच फरात नदीच्या पश्र्चिमेकडील भागावरच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना दिले. तेव्हा या सर्व अधिकाऱ्यांनी इस्राएल लोकांना आणि मंदिराला सहाय्य केले.
