याजकांनी लोकांना जशी वागणूक द्यावी तशी ते देत नव्हते. खरी रीत अशी होती की लोकांनी यज्ञासाठी बळी आणल्यावर याजकांनी ते मांस शिजत ठेवायचे. याजकाच्या नोकराने तीन काटे असलेली आकडी आणायची.
