1യഹോവ വാഴുന്നു; ഭൂമി ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കട്ടെ; ബഹുദ്വീപുകളും സന്തോഷിക്കട്ടെ.
1Yahweh reigns! Let the earth rejoice! Let the multitude of islands be glad!
2മേഘവും അന്ധകാരവും അവന്റെ ചുറ്റും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നീതിയും ന്യായവും അവന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാകുന്നു.
2Clouds and darkness are around him. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
3തീ അവന്നു മുമ്പായി പോകുന്നു; ചുറ്റുമുള്ള അവന്റെ വൈരികളെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
3A fire goes before him, And burns up his adversaries on every side.
4അവന്റെ മിന്നലുകള്‍ ഭൂതലത്തെ പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമി കണ്ടു വിറെക്കുന്നു.
4His lightning lights up the world. The earth sees, and trembles.
5യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില്‍, സര്‍വ്വഭൂമിയുടെയും കര്‍ത്താവിന്റെ സന്നിധിയില്‍, പര്‍വ്വതങ്ങള്‍ മെഴുകുപോലെ ഉരുകുന്നു.
5The mountains melt like wax at the presence of Yahweh, At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
6ആകാശം അവന്റെ നീതിയെ പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കുന്നു; സകലജാതികളും അവന്റെ മഹത്വത്തെ കാണുന്നു.
6The heavens declare his righteousness. All the peoples have seen his glory.
7കാഹളങ്ങളോടും തൂര്‍യ്യനാദത്തോടുംകൂടെ രാജാവായ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില്‍ ഘോഷിപ്പിന്‍ !
7Let all them be shamed who serve engraved images, Who boast in their idols. Worship him, all you gods!
8സീയോന്‍ കേട്ടു സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ ന്യായവിധികള്‍ ഹേതുവായി യെഹൂദാപുത്രിമാര്‍ ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കുന്നു.
8Zion heard and was glad. The daughters of Judah rejoiced, Because of your judgments, Yahweh.
9യഹോവേ, നീ സര്‍വ്വഭൂമിക്കും മീതെ അത്യുന്നതന്‍ , സകലദേവന്മാര്‍ക്കും മീതെ ഉയര്‍ന്നവന്‍ തന്നേ.
9For you, Yahweh, are most high above all the earth. You are exalted far above all gods.
10യഹോവയെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവരേ, ദോഷത്തെ വെറുപ്പിന്‍ ; അവന്‍ തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാരുടെ പ്രാണങ്ങളെ കാക്കുന്നു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ കയ്യില്‍നിന്നു അവരെ വിടുവിക്കുന്നു.
10You who love Yahweh, hate evil. He preserves the souls of his saints. He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
11നീതിമാന്നു പ്രകാശവും പരമാര്‍ത്ഥഹൃദയമുള്ളവര്‍ക്കും സന്തോഷവും ഉദിക്കും.
11Light is sown for the righteous, And gladness for the upright in heart.
12നീതിമാന്മാരേ, യഹോവയില്‍ സന്തോഷിപ്പിന്‍ ; അവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്‍വിന്‍ . (ഒരു സങ്കീര്‍ത്തനം.)
12Be glad in Yahweh, you righteous people! Give thanks to his holy Name.
