1യഹോവേ, നിങ്കലേക്കു ഞാന്‍ മനസ്സു ഉയര്‍ത്തുന്നു;
1By David. To you, Yahweh, do I lift up my soul.
2എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, നിന്നില്‍ ഞാന്‍ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന്‍ ലജ്ജിച്ചു പോകരുതേ; എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കള്‍ എന്റെമേല്‍ ജയം ഘോഷിക്കരുതേ.
2My God, I have trusted in you, Don't let me be shamed. Don't let my enemies triumph over me.
3നിന്നെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരുത്തനും ലജ്ജിച്ചു പോകയില്ല; വെറുതെ ദ്രോഹിക്കുന്നവര്‍ ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകും.
3Yes, no one who waits for you shall be shamed. They shall be shamed who deal treacherously without cause.
4യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ വഴികളെ എന്നെ അറിയിക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ പാതകളെ എനിക്കു ഉപദേശിച്ചു തരേണമേ!
4Show me your ways, Yahweh. Teach me your paths.
5നിന്റെ സത്യത്തില്‍ എന്നെ നടത്തി എന്നെ പഠിപ്പിക്കേണമേ; നീ എന്റെ രക്ഷയുടെ ദൈവമാകുന്നുവല്ലോ; ദിവസം മുഴുവനും ഞാന്‍ നിങ്കല്‍ പ്രത്യാശവെക്കുന്നു.
5Guide me in your truth, and teach me, For you are the God of my salvation, I wait for you all day long.
6യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ കരുണയും ദയയും ഔര്‍ക്കേണമേ; അവ പണ്ടുപണ്ടേയുള്ളവയല്ലോ.
6Yahweh, remember your tender mercies and your loving kindness, For they are from old times.
7എന്റെ ബാല്യത്തിലെ പാപങ്ങളെയും എന്റെ ലംഘനങ്ങളെയും ഔര്‍ക്കരുതേ; യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ കൃപപ്രകാരം നിന്റെ ദയനിമിത്തം എന്നെ ഔര്‍ക്കേണമേ.
7Don't remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions. Remember me according to your loving kindness, For your goodness' sake, Yahweh.
8യഹോവ നല്ലവനും നേരുള്ളവനും ആകുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടു അവന്‍ പാപികളെ നേര്‍വ്വഴികാണിക്കുന്നു.
8Good and upright is Yahweh, Therefore he will instruct sinners in the way.
9സൌമ്യതയുള്ളവരെ അവന്‍ ന്യായത്തില്‍ നടത്തുന്നു; സൌമ്യതയുള്ളവര്‍ക്കും തന്റെ വഴി പഠിപ്പിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നു.
9He will guide the humble in justice. He will teach the humble his way.
10യഹോവയുടെ നിയമവും സാക്ഷ്യങ്ങളും പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്കും അവന്റെ പാതകളൊക്കെയും ദയയും സത്യവും ആകുന്നു.
10All the paths of Yahweh are loving kindness and truth To such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
11യഹോവേ, എന്റെ അകൃത്യം വലിയതു; നിന്റെ നാമംനിമിത്തം അതു ക്ഷമിക്കേണമേ.
11For your name's sake, Yahweh, Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
12യഹോവാഭക്തനായ പുരുഷന്‍ ആര്‍? അവന്‍ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കേണ്ടുന്ന വഴി താന്‍ അവന്നു കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കും.
12What man is he who fears Yahweh? He shall instruct him in the way that he shall choose.
13അവന്‍ സുഖത്തോടെ വസിക്കും; അവന്റെ സന്തതി ദേശത്തെ അവകാശമാക്കും.
13His soul shall dwell at ease. His seed shall inherit the land.
14യഹോവയുടെ സഖിത്വം തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാര്‍ക്കും ഉണ്ടാകും; അവന്‍ തന്റെ നിയമം അവരെ അറിയിക്കുന്നു.
14The friendship of Yahweh is with those who fear him. He will show them his covenant.
15എന്റെ കണ്ണു എപ്പോഴും യഹോവയിങ്കലേക്കാകുന്നു; അവന്‍ എന്റെ കാലുകളെ വലയില്‍നിന്നു വിടുവിക്കും.
15My eyes are ever on Yahweh, For he will pluck my feet out of the net.
16എങ്കലേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞു എന്നോടു കരുണയുണ്ടാകേണമേ; ഞാന്‍ ഏകാകിയും അരിഷ്ടനും ആകുന്നു.
16Turn to me, and have mercy on me, For I am desolate and afflicted.
17എനിക്കു മന:പീഡകള്‍ വര്‍ദ്ധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ സങ്കടങ്ങളില്‍നിന്നു എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ.
17The troubles of my heart are enlarged. Oh bring me out of my distresses.
18എന്റെ അരിഷ്ടതയും അതിവേദനയും നോക്കേണമേ; എന്റെ സകലപാപങ്ങളും ക്ഷമിക്കേണമേ.
18Consider my affliction and my travail. Forgive all my sins.
19എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളെ നോക്കേണമേ; അവര്‍ പെരുകിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അവര്‍ കഠിനദ്വേഷത്തോടെ എന്നെ ദ്വേഷിക്കുന്നു;
19Consider my enemies, for they are many. They hate me with cruel hatred.
20എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ കാത്തു എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ; നിന്നെ ശരണമാക്കിയിരിക്കയാല്‍ ഞാന്‍ ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകരുതേ.
20Oh keep my soul, and deliver me. Let me not be disappointed, for I take refuge in you.
21നിഷ്കളങ്കതയും നേരും എന്നെ പരിപാലിക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ; ഞാന്‍ നിങ്കല്‍ പ്രത്യാശവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.
21Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, For I wait for you.
22ദൈവമേ, യിസ്രായേലിനെ അവന്റെ സകലകഷ്ടങ്ങളില്‍നിന്നും വീണ്ടെടുക്കേണമേ.
22Redeem Israel, God, Out all of his troubles.
