ഞാന് എന്റെ തീക്ഷ്ണതയില് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളെ സംഹരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അഹരോന് പുരോഹിതന്റെ മകനായ എലെയാസാരിന്റെ മകന് ഫീനെഹാസ് അവരുടെ ഇടയില് എനിക്കുവേണ്ടി തീക്ഷ്ണതയുള്ളവനായി എന്റെ ക്രോധം യിസ്രായേല് മക്കളെ വിട്ടുപോകുമാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, in that he was jealous with my jealousy among them, so that I didn't consume the children of Israel in my jealousy.
