കര്ത്താവു ആ നാളുകളെ ചുരുക്കീട്ടില്ല എങ്കില് ഒരു ജഡവും രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുകയില്ല. താന് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത വൃതന്മാര് നിമിത്തമോ അവന് ആ നാളുകളെ ചുരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
World English Bible
Unless the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the sake of the chosen ones, whom he picked out, he shortened the days.
