ഞാന് കൊള്ളയുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് വിശേഷമായോരു ബാബിലോന്യ മേലങ്കിയും ഇരുനൂറു ശേക്കെല് വെള്ളിയും അമ്പതു ശേക്കെല് തൂക്കമുള്ള ഒരു പൊന് കട്ടിയും കണ്ടു മോഹിച്ചു എടുത്തു; അവ എന്റെ കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ നടുവില് നിലത്തു കുഴിച്ചിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; വെള്ളി അടിയില് ആകന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
World English Bible
when I saw among the spoil a goodly Babylonian mantle, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and, behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and the silver under it.
