അവര് രാജാക്കന്മാരെ പരിഹസിക്കുന്നു; പ്രഭുക്കന്മാര് അവര്ക്കും ഹാസ്യമായിരിക്കുന്നു; അവര് ഏതു കോട്ടയെയും കുറിച്ചു ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവര് മണ്ണു കുന്നിച്ചു അതിനെ പിടിക്കും.

Yes, he scoffs at kings, and princes are a derision to him. He laughs at every stronghold, for he builds up an earthen ramp, and takes it.
