പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരുടെയും മൂപ്പന്മാരുടെയും നിര്ണ്ണയപ്രകാരം മൂന്നു ദിവസത്തിന്നകം ആരെങ്കിലും വരാതെയിരുന്നാല് അവന്റെ വസ്തുവക ഒക്കെയും കണ്ടുകെട്ടിയെടുക്കയും അവനെ പ്രവാസികളുടെ സഭയില് നിന്നു പുറത്താക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുമെന്നും യെഹൂദയിലും യെരൂശലേമിലും പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കി.

and that whoever didn't come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his substance should be forfeited, and himself separated from the assembly of the captivity.
