രാജാവിന്റെ അടുക്കല് ന്യായവിസ്താരത്തിന്നു വരുന്ന എല്ലായിസ്രായേലിനോടും അബ്ശാലോം ഇവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ ചെയ്തു; അങ്ങനെ അബ്ശാലോം യിസ്രായേല്യരുടെ ഹൃദയം വശീകരിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

In this manner Absalom did to all Israel who came to the king for judgment: so Absalom stole the hearts of the men of Israel.
