ശലോമോന് ഫറവോന്റെ മകളെ ദാവീദിന്റെ നഗരത്തില്നിന്നു താന് അവള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി പണിത അരമനയില് കൊണ്ടുപോയി പാര്പ്പിച്ചു; യിസ്രായേല്രാജാവായ ദാവീദിന്റെ അരമനയില് എന്റെ ഭാര്യ പാര്ക്കരുതു; യഹോവയുടെ പെട്ടകം അവിടെ വന്നിരിക്കയാല് അതു വിശുദ്ധമല്ലോ എന്നു അവന് പറഞ്ഞു.
World English Bible
Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David to the house that he had built for her; for he said, My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places are holy, whereunto the ark of Yahweh has come.
