അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയുടെ കോപം യെഹൂദയുടെയും യെരൂശലേമിന്റെയും മേല് വന്നു; നിങ്ങള് സ്വന്തകണ്ണാല് കാണുന്നതുപോലെ അവന് അവരെ നടുക്കത്തിന്നും അമ്പരപ്പിന്നും ഹാസ്യത്തിന്നും വിഷയമാക്കിത്തീര്ത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

Therefore the wrath of Yahweh was on Judah and Jerusalem, and he has delivered them to be tossed back and forth, to be an astonishment, and a hissing, as you see with your eyes.
