അതിന്നു ഹന്നാ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതുഅങ്ങനെയല്ല, യജമാനനേ; ഞാന് മനോവ്യസനമുള്ളൊരു സ്ത്രീ; ഞാന് വീഞ്ഞോ മദ്യമോ കുടിച്ചിട്ടില്ല; യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് എന്റെ ഹൃദയം പകരുകയത്രേ ചെയ്തതു.

Don't count your handmaid for a wicked woman; for out of the abundance of my complaint and my provocation have I spoken hitherto.
