യെഹൂദയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഏര്, ഔനാന് , ശേലാ; ഇവര് മൂവരും കനാന്യസ്ത്രീയായ ബത്ശൂവയില്നിന്നു അവന്നു ജനിച്ചു. യെഹൂദയുടെ ആദ്യജാതനായ ഏര് യഹോവേക്കു അനിഷ്ടനായിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവന് അവനെ കൊന്നു.
World English Bible
The sons of Judah: Er, and Onan, and Shelah; which three were born to him of Shua's daughter the Canaanitess. Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of Yahweh; and he killed him.
