The sons of Cush: Seba, and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raama, and Sabteca. The sons of Raamah: Sheba, and Dedan.

കൂശ് നിമ്രോദിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു. അവന് ഭൂമിയില് ആദ്യത്തെ വീരനായിരുന്നു.

നഫ്തൂഹീം, പത്രൂസീം, കസ്ളൂഹീം,--ഇവരില് നിന്നു ഫെലിസ്ത്യര് ഉത്ഭവിച്ചു--കഫ്തോരീം എന്നിവരെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

and Pathrusim, and Casluhim (from whence came the Philistines), and Caphtorim.

കനാന് തന്റെ ആദ്യജാതനായ സീദോന് ,

Canaan became the father of Sidon his firstborn, and Heth,

ഹേത്ത്, യെബൂസി, അമോരി,

and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,

ഗിര്ഗ്ഗശി, ഹിവ്വി, അര്ക്കി, സീനി, അര്വ്വാദി,

സെമാരി, ഹമാത്തി എന്നിവരെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

and the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.

ശേമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഏലാം, അശ്ശൂര്, അര്പ്പക്ഷദ്, ലൂദ്, അരാം, ഊസ്, ഹൂള്, ഗേഥെര്, മേശെക്.

The sons of Shem: Elam, and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram, and Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.

അര്പ്പക്ഷദ് ശേലഹിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ശേലഹ് ഏബെരിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

Arpachshad became the father of Shelah, and Shelah became the father of Eber.

ഏബെരിന്നു രണ്ടു പുത്രന്മാര് ജനിച്ചു; ഒരുത്തന്നു പേലെഗ് എന്നു പേര്; അവന്റെ കാലത്തായിരുന്നു ഭൂവാസികള് പിരിഞ്ഞുപോയതു; അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്നു യൊക്താന് എന്നു പേര്.

To Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.

യൊക്താനോഅല്മോദാദ്,ശേലെഫ്, ഹസര്മ്മാവെത്ത്,

Joktan became the father of Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,

, 22 യാരഹ്, ഹദോരാം, ഊസാല്, ദിക്ളാ, എബാല്,

and Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,

അബീമായേല്, ശെബാ, ഔഫീര്, ഹവീലാ, യോബാബ് എന്നിവരെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ഇവരെല്ലാവരും യൊക്താന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്.

and Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,

, 25 ശേം, അര്പ്പക്ഷദ്, ശേലഹ്, ഏബെര്, പേലെഗ്,

and Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.

രെയൂ, ശെരൂഗ്, നാഹോര്, തേരഹ്, അബ്രാം;

Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah,

ഇവന് തന്നേ അബ്രാഹാം.

അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്യിസ്ഹാക്, യിശ്മായേല്.

അവരുടെ വംശപാരമ്പര്യമാവിതുയിശ്മായേലിന്റെ ആദ്യജാതന് നെബായോത്ത്,

Abram (the same is Abraham).

കേദാര്, അദ്ബെയേല്, മിബ്ശാം, മിശ്മാ, ദൂമാ,

The sons of Abraham: Isaac, and Ishmael.

മസ്സാ, ഹദദ്, തേമാ, യെതൂര്, നാഫീഷ്, കേദമാ; ഇവര് യിശ്മായേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്.

These are their generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,

അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ വെപ്പാട്ടിയായ കെതൂരയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്സിമ്രാന് , യൊക്ശാന് , മേദാന് , മിദ്യാന് , യിശ്ബാക്, ശൂവഹ് എന്നിവരെ അവള് പ്രസവിച്ചു. യോക്ശാന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ശെബാ, ദെദാന് .

Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,

മിദ്യാന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഏഫാ, ഏഫെര്, ഹനോക്, അബീദാ, എല്ദായാ; ഇവരെല്ലാവരും കെതൂരയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്.

Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.

അബ്രാഹാം യിസ്ഹാക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു. യിസ്ഹാക്കിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര് ഏശാവ്, യിസ്രായേല്.

The sons of Keturah, Abraham's concubine: she bore Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. The sons of Jokshan: Sheba, and Dedan.

ഏശാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്എലീഫാസ്, രെയൂവേല്, യെയൂശ്, യലാം, കോരഹ്.

The sons of Midian: Ephah, and Epher, and Hanoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the sons of Keturah.

എലീഫാസിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്തേമാന് , ഔമാര്, സെഫീ, ഗഥാം, കെനസ്, തിമ്നാ, അമാലേക്.

Abraham became the father of Isaac. The sons of Isaac: Esau, and Israel.

രെയൂവേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്നഹത്ത്, സേറഹ്, ശമ്മാ, മിസ്സാ.

The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jalam, and Korah.

സേയീരിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ലോതാന് , ശോബാല്, സിബെയോന് , അനാ, ദീശോന് , ഏസെര്, ദീശാന് .

The sons of Eliphaz: Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.

ലോതാന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഹോരി, ഹോമാം; തിമ്നാ ലോതാന്റെ സഹോദരി ആയിരുന്നു.

The sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.

ശോബാലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്അലീയാന് , മാനഹത്ത്, ഏബാല്, ശെഫി, ഔനാം. സിബേയോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്അയ്യാ, അനാ.

The sons of Seir: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.

അനയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്ദീശോന് . ദീശോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഹമ്രാന് , എശ്ബാല്, യിത്രാന് , കെരാന് .

The sons of Lotan: Hori, and Homam; and Timna was Lotan's sister.

ഏസെരിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ബില്ഹാന് , സാവാന് , യാക്കാന് . ദീശാന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഊസ്, അരാന് .

The sons of Shobal: Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. The sons of Zibeon: Aiah, and Anah.

യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളെ രാജാവു വാഴുംമുമ്പെ ഏദോംദേശത്തു വാണ രാജാക്കന്മാര് ആരെന്നാല്ബെയോരിന്റെ മകനായ ബേല; അവന്റെ പട്ടണത്തിന്നു ദിന് ഹാബാ എന്നു പേര്.

The sons of Anah: Dishon. The sons of Dishon: Hamran, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.

ബേല മരിച്ചശേഷം ബൊസ്രക്കാരനായ സേരഹിന്റെ മകന് യോബാബ് അവന്നു പകരം രാജാവായി.

The sons of Ezer: Bilhan, and Zaavan, Jaakan. The sons of Dishan: Uz, and Aran.

യോബാബ് മരിച്ചശേഷം തേമാദേശക്കാരനായ ഹൂശാം അവന്നു പകരം രാജാവായി.

Now these are the kings who reigned in the land of Edom, before there resigned any king over the children of Israel: Bela the son of Beor; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

ഹൂശാം മരിച്ചശേഷം ബദദിന്റെ മകന് ഹദദ് അവന്നു പകരം രാജാവായി; അവന് മോവാബ് സമഭൂമിയില് മിദ്യാനെ തോല്പിച്ചു; അവന്റെ പട്ടണത്തിന്നു അവീത്ത് എന്നു പേര്.

Bela died, and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his place.

ഹദദ് മരിച്ചശേഷം മസ്രേക്കക്കാരനായ സമ്ളാഅവന്നു പകരം രാജാവായി.

Jobab died, and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his place.

സമ്ളാ മരിച്ചശേഷം നദീതീരത്തുള്ള രെഹോബോത്ത് പട്ടണക്കാരനായ ശൌല് അവന്നു പകരം രാജാവായി.

Husham died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who struck Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Avith.

ശൌല് മരിച്ചശേഷം അക്ബോരിന്റെ മകന് ബാല്ഹാനാന് അവന്നു പകരം രാജാവായി.

Hadad died, and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his place.

ബാല്ഹാനാന് മരിച്ചശേഷം ഹദദ് അവന്നു പകരം രാജാവായി. അവന്റെ പട്ടണത്തിന്നു പായീ എന്നും ഭാര്യെക്കു മെഹേതബേല് എന്നും പേര്. അവള് മേസാഹാബിന്റെ മകളായ മത്രേദിന്റെ മകളായിരുന്നു.

Hadad died. The chiefs of Edom were: chief Timna, chief Aliah, chief Jetheth,

മിബ്സാര്പ്രഭു, മഗ്ദീയേല്പ്രഭു, ഈരാംപ്രഭു; ഇവരത്രേ ഏദോമ്യപ്രഭുക്കന്മാര്.
