1ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ಆತನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಧನ್ಯನು.
1A Song of Ascents. Blessed is everyone who fears Yahweh, Who walks in his ways.
2ಹೀಗಾದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳ ಕಷ್ಟಾರ್ಜಿತವನ್ನು ನೀನು ಊಟಮಾಡಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ವುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿರುವಿ, ನಿನಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇಯದಾಗುವದು.
2For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you.
3ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯು ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಫಲಭರಿತ ವಾದ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇಗಿಡದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಜಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಎಣ್ಣೇಮರಗಳ ಸಸಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಇರುವರು.
3Your wife will be as a fruitful vine, In the innermost parts of your house; Your children like olive plants, Around your table.
4ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವನು.
4Behold, thus is the man blessed who fears Yahweh.
5ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಚೀಯೋನಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವನು; ನಿನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ದಿವಸಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಿ.ಹೌದು, ನಿನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ವನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ನೋಡುವಿ.
5May Yahweh bless you out of Zion, And may you see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
6ಹೌದು, ನಿನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ವನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ನೋಡುವಿ.
6Yes, may you see your children's children. Peace be upon Israel.
