1ದೇವಕುಮಾರನಾದ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿರುವ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವು.
1The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
2ಪ್ರವಾದನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಕಾರ--ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡುವ ನನ್ನ ದೂತನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಾನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
2As it is written in the prophets, "Behold, I send my messenger before your face, Who will prepare your way before you.
3ಕರ್ತನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿರಿ; ಆತನ ಹಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟಗೆಮಾಡಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಗುವ ಒಬ್ಬನ ಶಬ್ದವದೆ ಎಂಬದು.
3The voice of one crying in the wilderness, 'Make ready the way of the Lord! Make his paths straight!'"
4ಯೋಹಾನನು ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಪಾಪಗಳ ಪರಿ ಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾನಸಾಂತರದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮವನ್ನು ಸಾರಿದನು.
4John came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching the baptism of repentance for forgiveness of sins.
5ಆಗ ಯೂದಾಯ ದೇಶವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿ ನವರೂ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಯೊರ್ದನ್‌ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡರು.
5All the country of Judea and all those of Jerusalem went out to him. They were baptized by him in the Jordan river, confessing their sins.
6ಯೋಹಾನನು ಒಂಟೇ ಕೂದಲಿನ ಉಡುಪನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತನ್ನ ನಡುವಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಮದ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮಿಡಿತೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಾಡುಜೇನನ್ನೂ ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
6John was clothed with camel's hair and a leather belt around his loins. He ate locusts and wild honey.
7ಮತ್ತು ಅವನು--ನನಗಿಂತ ಶಕ್ತನಾಗಿರುವಾತನು ನನ್ನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ; ನಾನು ಬೊಗ್ಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಆತನ ಕೆರಗಳ ಬಾರನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಯೋಗ್ಯನಲ್ಲ;
7He preached, saying, "After me comes he who is mightier than I, the thong of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and loosen.
8ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದು ನಿಜವೇ. ಆತನಾ ದರೋ ನಿಮಗೆ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸು ವನು ಎಂದು ಸಾರಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
8I baptized you in water, but he will baptize you in the Holy Spirit."
9ಆ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ, ಯೇಸು ಗಲಿಲಾಯದ ನಜರೇತಿನಿಂದ ಬಂದು ಯೊರ್ದನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಹಾನನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
9It happened in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized by John in the Jordan.
10ಆತನು ನೀರಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಆಕಾಶಗಳು ತೆರೆದಿರುವದನ್ನೂ ಆತ್ಮನು ಪಾರಿವಾಳದ ಹಾಗೆ ಆತನ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಳಿದು ಬರುವದನ್ನೂ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಕಂಡನು.
10Immediately coming up from the water, he saw the heavens parting, and the Spirit descending on him like a dove.
11ಆಗ--ನಾನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಿಯನಾದ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನು ನೀನೇ ಎಂಬ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಪರಲೋಕ ದಿಂದ ಬಂದಿತು.
11A voice came out of the sky, "You are my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
12ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಆತ್ಮನು ಆತನನ್ನು ಅಡವಿಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ನಡಿಸಿದನು.
12Immediately the Spirit drove him out into the wilderness.
13ಆತನು ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ದಿವಸ ಅಡವಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೈತಾನನಿಂದ ಶೋಧಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾ ಕಾಡು ಮೃಗ ಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದನು; ಮತ್ತು ದೂತರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಉಪಚರಿಸಿದರು.
13He was there in the wilderness forty days tempted by Satan. He was with the wild animals; and the angels were ministering to him.
14ಯೋಹಾನನು ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ತರು ವಾಯ ಯೇಸು ಗಲಿಲಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರುತ್ತಾ--
14Now after John was taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the Kingdom of God,
15ಕಾಲವು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣವಾಯಿತು. ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಸವಿಾಪ ವಾಗಿದೆ; ನೀವು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಟ್ಟು ಸುವಾರ್ತೆ ಯನ್ನು ನಂಬಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
15and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand! Repent , and believe in the gospel."
16ಆತನು ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಗಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಸೀಮೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಸಹೋ ದರನಾದ ಅಂದ್ರೆಯನೂ ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲೆ ಬೀಸುತ್ತಿರುವದನ್ನು ಆತನು ಕಂಡನು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಬೆಸ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
16Passing along by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew the brother of Simon casting a net in the sea, for they were fishermen.
17ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ; ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವ ಬೆಸ್ತರಾಗುವಂತೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.
17Jesus said to them, "Come after me, and I will make you into fishers for men."
18ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಆತನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
18Immediately they left their nets, and followed him.
19ಆತನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ಜೆಬೆದಾಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬನೂ ಅವನ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಯೋಹಾನನೂ ದೋಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದದ್ದನ್ನು ಕಂಡನು.
19Going on a little further from there, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John, his brother, who were also in the boat mending the nets.
20ಕೂಡಲೆ ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕರೆದನು; ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಜೆಬೆದಾಯನನ್ನು ಕೂಲಿಯಾಳುಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ದೋಣಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಆತನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೋದರು.
20Immediately he called them, and they left their father, Zebedee, in the boat with the hired servants, and went after him.
21ಆಗ ಅವರು ಕಪೆರ್ನೌಮಿಗೆ ಹೋದರು; ಕೂಡಲೆ ಆತನು ಸಬ್ಬತ್‌ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರ ದೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದನು.
21They went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath day he entered into the synagogue and taught.
22ಅವರು ಆತನ ಬೋಧನೆಗೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಟ್ಟರು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳಂತೆ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿದ್ದವನಂತೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದನು.
22They were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as having authority, and not as the scribes.
23ಆಗ ಅವರ ಸಭಾಮಂದಿ ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮವಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿದ್ದನು.
23Immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, and he cried out,
24ಅವನು--ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡು; ನಜರೇತಿನ ಯೇಸುವೇ, ನಮ್ಮಗೊಡವೆ ನಿನಗೇಕೆ? ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೀನು ಬಂದೆಯಾ? ನೀನು ಯಾರೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ನೀನು ದೇವರ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧನೇ ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದನು.
24saying, "Ha! What do we have to do with you, Jesus, you Nazarene? Have you come to destroy us? I know you who you are: the Holy One of God!"
25ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವನನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿ--ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರು, ಅವನೊಳ ಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಾ ಅಂದನು.
25Jesus rebuked him, saying, "Be quiet, and come out of him!"
26ಆಗ ಅಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಒದ್ದಾಡಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಹಾಶಬ್ದದಿಂದ ಕೂಗಿ ಅವನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದಿತು.
26The unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying with a loud voice, came out of him.
27ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ--ಇದು ಏನಾಗಿರಬಹುದು? ಈ ಹೊಸ ಬೋಧನೆ ಯಾವದು? ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನು ಅಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮಗಳಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಡು ತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅವು ಆತನಿಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯವಾಗುತ್ತವಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ತಾವೇ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಷ್ಟು ವಿಸ್ಮಯಗೊಂಡರು.
27They were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, "What is this? A new teaching? For with authority he commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him!"
28ಕೂಡಲೆ ಆತನ ಕೀರ್ತಿಯು ಗಲಿಲಾಯದ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಬ್ಬಿತು.
28The report of him went out immediately everywhere into all the region of Galilee and its surrounding area.
29ಅವನು ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಯಾಕೋಬ ಯೋಹಾನರ ಸಂಗಡ ಸೀಮೋನ ಅಂದ್ರೆಯರ ಮನೆಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರು.
29Immediately, when they had come out of the synagogue, they came into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.
30ಆದರೆ ಸೀಮೋನನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯ ತಾಯಿಯು ಜ್ವರದಿಂದ ಮಲಗಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಳು; ಕೂಡಲೆ ಅವರು ಆಕೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
30Now Simon's wife's mother lay sick with a fever, and immediately they told him about her.
31ಆತನು ಬಂದು ಆಕೆಯ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಎತ್ತಿದನು; ಕೂಡಲೆ ಜ್ವರವು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಯಿತು; ಆಕೆಯು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉಪಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದಳು.
31He came and took her by the hand, and raised her up. The fever left her, and she served them.
32ಸಂಜೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಮುಣುಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವರು ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯುಳ್ಳವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ದೆವ್ವ ಹಿಡಿದವರನ್ನೂ ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದರು.
32At evening, when the sun had set, they brought to him all who were sick, and those who were possessed by demons.
33ಆಗ ಪಟ್ಟಣವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಗಲ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಿಬಂದಿತು.
33All the city was gathered together at the door.
34ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ವಿಧವಿಧವಾದ ರೋಗ ಗಳಿಂದ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅನೇಕರನ್ನು ಆತನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಿ ಬಹಳ ದೆವ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿದನು; ಮತ್ತು ದೆವ್ವಗಳು ಆತನನ್ನು ಅರಿತಿದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಆತನು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಗೊಡಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
34He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. He didn't allow the demons to speak, because they knew him.
35ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಹೊತ್ತು ಮೂಡುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಬಹಳ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಆತನು ಎದ್ದು ಹೊರಗೆ ನಿರ್ಜನ ವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
35Early in the night, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there.
36ಸೀಮೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದವರೂ ಆತನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೋದರು.
36Simon and those who were with him followed after him;
37ಅವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂದದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ
37and they found him, and told him, "Everyone is looking for you."
38ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನಾವು ಮುಂದಿನ ಊರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗೋಣ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಾರಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ; ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ನಾನು ಹೊರಟು ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
38He said to them, "Let's go elsewhere into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because for this reason I came forth."
39ಮತ್ತು ಆತನು ಗಲಿಲಾಯದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರ ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಿ ದೆವ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿದನು.
39He went into their synagogues throughout all Galilee, preaching and casting out demons.
40ಆಗ ಒಬ್ಬ ಕುಷ್ಠರೋಗಿಯು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಆತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಮೊಣಕಾಲೂರಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ -- ನಿನಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿದ್ದರೆ ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲೆ ಎಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡನು.
40There came to him a leper, begging him, kneeling down to him, and saying to him, "If you want to, you can make me clean."
41ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಕನಿಕರಪಟ್ಟು ತನ್ನ ಕೈನೀಡಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನನಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸುಂಟು; ನೀನು ಶುದ್ಧನಾಗು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
41Being moved with compassion, he stretched out his hand, and touched him, and said to him, "I want to. Be made clean."
42ಹೀಗೆ ಆತನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಆ ಕುಷ್ಠವು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಅವನಿಂದ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿ ಅವನು ಶುದ್ಧನಾದನು.
42When he had said this, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was made clean.
43ಆತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು;
43He strictly warned him, and immediately sent him out,
44ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೂ ಏನೂ ಹೇಳಬೇಡ ನೋಡು; ಆದರೆ ನೀನು ಹೋಗಿ ಯಾಜಕನಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಶುದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸು ಅಂದನು.ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಗೂ ಆ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಹಬ್ಬಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯೇಸು ಇನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲಾರದೆ ಆತನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಅಡವಿಯ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದನು; ಆಗ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕಡೆಯಿ ಂದಲೂ ಜನರು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬ
44and said to him, "See you say nothing to anybody, but go show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing the things which Moses commanded, for a testimony to them."
45ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಗೂ ಆ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಹಬ್ಬಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯೇಸು ಇನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲಾರದೆ ಆತನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಅಡವಿಯ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದನು; ಆಗ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕಡೆಯಿ ಂದಲೂ ಜನರು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬ
