1ತರುವಾಯ ಕರ್ತನು ಸೀನಾಯಿ ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಶೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ನಂದರೆ--
1Yahweh said to Moses in Mount Sinai,
2ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು--ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಬಂದಾಗ ದೇಶವು ಕರ್ತನಿ ಗಾಗಿ ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
2"Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, 'When you come into the land which I give you, then the land shall keep a Sabbath to Yahweh.
3ಆರು ವರುಷ ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತಬೇಕು, ಆರು ವರುಷ ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇತೋಟವನ್ನು ಕತ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕು, ಅವು ಗಳಿಂದ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
3Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather in its fruits;
4ಆದರೆ ಏಳನೆಯ ವರುಷವು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತಾಗಿರುವದು, ಕರ್ತನಿಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತಾಗಿರುವದು. ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತಬಾರದು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇತೋಟ ವನ್ನು ಕತ್ತರಿಸಬಾರದು.
4but in the seventh year there shall be a Sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a Sabbath to Yahweh. You shall not sow your field or prune your vineyard.
5ತನ್ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಾನೇ ಬೆಳೆದಿ ರುವ ಪೈರನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕೊಯ್ಯಬಾರದು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಕತ್ತರಿಸದಿರುವ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಬಾರದು; ಅದು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯ ವರುಷವಾಗಿರುವದು.
5What grows of itself in your harvest you shall not reap, and the grapes of your undressed vine you shall not gather. It shall be a year of solemn rest for the land.
6ದೇಶದ ಆ ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇರುವದು; ನಿನಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸನಿಗೂ ದಾಸಿಗೂ ಕೂಲಿ ಆಳಿಗೂ ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ಯಾಗಿರುವ ಪರಕೀಯನಿಗೂ
6The Sabbath of the land shall be for food for you; for yourself, for your servant, for your maid, for your hired servant, and for your stranger, who lives as a foreigner with you.
7ನಿನ್ನ ದನಗಳಿಗೂ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೃಗಗಳಿಗೂ ಅದರ ಹುಟ್ಟುವಳಿಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇರಬೇಕು.
7For your cattle also, and for the animals that are in your land, shall all the increase of it be for food.
8ಹೀಗೆ ಏಳು ವರುಷಗಳನ್ನು ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ಏಳು ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತಿನ ವರುಷಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನಗಾಗಿ ಎಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಏಳು ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತಿನ ವರುಷಗಳ ಕಾಲಾವಧಿಯು ನಿನಗೆ ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತೊಂಭತ್ತು ವರುಷಗಳಾಗಿರುವವು.
8"'You shall count off seven Sabbaths of years, seven times seven years; and there shall be to you the days of seven Sabbaths of years, even forty-nine years.
9ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಏಳನೆಯ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಹತ್ತನೆಯ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಐವತ್ತನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ತುತೂರಿಯನ್ನು ಊದಿಸ ಬೇಕು; ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತುತೂರಿಯನ್ನು ಊದಿಸಬೇಕು.
9Then you shall sound the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month. On the Day of Atonement you shall sound the trumpet throughout all your land.
10ಐವತ್ತ ನೆಯ ವರುಷವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಐವತ್ತನೇ ವರುಷದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವವಾ ಗಿರಬೇಕು; ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಅವನವನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೂ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು.
10You shall make the fiftieth year holy, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee to you; and each of you shall return to his own property, and each of you shall return to his family.
11ಐವತ್ತನೆಯ ಆ ವರುಷವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಂಭ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ರುವದು; ನೀವು ಬಿತ್ತಲೂಬಾರದು ಮತ್ತು ತನ್ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಾನೇ ಬೆಳೆಯುವದನ್ನು ಕೊಯ್ಯಲೂಬಾರದು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಕತ್ತರಿಸದಿದ್ದ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ಬಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಲೂಬಾರದು.
11That fiftieth year shall be a jubilee to you. In it you shall not sow, neither reap that which grows of itself, nor gather from the undressed vines.
12ಅದು ಸಂಭ್ರಮವೇ; ಅದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವದು; ಹೊಲದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅದರ ಹುಟ್ಟುವಳಿಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು.
12For it is a jubilee; it shall be holy to you. You shall eat of its increase out of the field.
13ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ಈ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಬೇಕು.
13"'In this Year of Jubilee each of you shall return to his property.
14ನೆರೆಯವನಿಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಮಾರಾಟಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನೆರೆಯವ ನಿಂದ ಕೊಂಡು ಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೆ ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು ಉಪದ್ರ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು.
14"'If you sell anything to your neighbor, or buy from your neighbor, you shall not wrong one another.
15ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ತರುವಾಯ ವರುಷಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನಿಂದ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಫಲದ ವರುಷಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವನು ನಿನಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
15According to the number of years after the Jubilee you shall buy from your neighbor. According to the number of years of the crops he shall sell to you.
16ವರುಷಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಫಲದ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬೇಕು; ವರುಷಗಳು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿರುವಂತೆಯೇ ಫಲದ ಬೆಲೆ ಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಫಲದ ವರುಷಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿಯೇ ಅವನು ನಿನಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
16According to the length of the years you shall increase the price of it, and according to the shortness of the years you shall diminish the price of it; for he is selling the number of the crops to you.
17ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು ಉಪದ್ರಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು; ದೇವರಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಭಯ ಪಡಬೇಕು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ.
17You shall not wrong one another; but you shall fear your God: for I am Yahweh your God.
18ಹೀಗೆ ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ನಿಯಮ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ಆಗ ನೀವು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತರಾಗಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವಿರಿ.
18"'Therefore you shall do my statutes, and keep my ordinances and do them; and you shall dwell in the land in safety.
19ಭೂಮಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವದು; ನೀವು ತಿಂದು ತೃಪ್ತ ರಾಗುವಿರಿ, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವಿರಿ.
19The land shall yield its fruit, and you shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.
20ನೀವು--ಇಗೋ, ನಾವು ಬಿತ್ತುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹುಟ್ಟುವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ಏಳ ನೆಯ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಏನು ತಿನ್ನೋಣ ಎಂದು ಅನ್ನುವಿರಿ.
20If you said, "What shall we eat the seventh year? Behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase;"
21ಆಗ ನಾನು ಆರನೆಯ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ವರುಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಫಲಫಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವನ್ನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುವೆನು.
21then I will command my blessing on you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for the three years.
22ನೀವು ಎಂಟನೆಯ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿತ್ತಿ ಅದರ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಒಂಭತ್ತನೆಯ ವರುಷದ ವರೆಗೆ ತಿನ್ನುವಿರಿ; ಅದರ ಫಲ ಬರುವ ವರೆಗೆ ನೀವು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ ಹಳೇದನ್ನೇ ತಿನ್ನುವಿರಿ.
22You shall sow the eighth year, and eat of the fruits, the old store; until the ninth year, until its fruits come in, you shall eat the old store.
23ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಮಾರಬಾರದು, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಭೂಮಿಯು ನನ್ನದು; ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀವು ಪರಕೀಯರೂ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗಳೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
23"'The land shall not be sold in perpetuity, for the land is mine; for you are strangers and live as foreigners with me.
24ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
24In all the land of your possession you shall grant a redemption for the land.
25ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ಬಡತನದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಮಾರಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನ ಬಂಧುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಅವನ ಸಹೋದರನು ಮಾರಿರುವದನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
25"'If your brother becomes poor, and sells some of his possessions, then his kinsman who is next to him shall come, and redeem that which his brother has sold.
26ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ತಾನೇ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಉಂಟಾದರೆ
26If a man has no one to redeem it, and he becomes prosperous and finds sufficient means to redeem it;
27ಅವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾರಿದ ವರುಷಗಳನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾರಿದವನಿಗೆ ಮಿಗಿಲಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ತಿಮಾಡಿ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಬಹುದು.
27then let him reckon the years since the sale of it, and restore the surplus to the man to whom he sold it; and he shall return to his property.
28ತಿರಿಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಆಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ಮಾರಿದ್ದು ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ವರುಷದ ವರೆಗೆ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಂಡವನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಬೇಕು; ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಯಾಗಬೇಕು, ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಬೇಕು.
28But if he isn't able to get it back for himself, then what he has sold shall remain in the hand of him who has bought it until the Year of Jubilee: and in the Jubilee it shall be released, and he shall return to his propery.
29ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಗೋಡೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿವಾಸದ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾರಿದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾರಿದ ಒಂದು ಪೂರ್ಣ ವರುಷದೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ಒಂದು ಪೂರ್ಣ ವರುಷ
29"'If a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it has been sold. For a full year he shall have the right of redemption.
30ಆದರೆ ವರುಷವು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗುವದರೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಅದು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಪಟ್ಟಣದೊಳಗಿರುವ ಆ ಮನೆಯು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಂಡವನಿಗೆ ಅವನ ತಲತಲಾಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿಡಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು; ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗ ಬಾರದು.
30If it isn't redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be made sure in perpetuity to him who bought it, throughout his generations. It shall not be released in the Jubilee.
31ಆದರೆ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಗೋಡೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲದ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯ ಮನೆಗಳು ದೇಶದ ಭೂಮಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು. ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಇರಬೇಕು; ಸಂಭ್ರಮ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು.
31But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be reckoned with the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall be released in the Jubilee.
32ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಲೇವಿಯರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾ ಗಿಯೂ ಅವರ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಮನೆಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಲೇವಿಯರು ಯಾವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಯಾದರೂ ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
32"'Nevertheless the cities of the Levites, the houses in the cities of their possession, the Levites may redeem at any time.
33ಲೇವಿಯರಿಂದ ಏನಾದರೂ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಂಡ ಮನೆಯೂ ಅವನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯದ ಪಟ್ಟಣವೂ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗ ಬೇಕು; ಲೇವಿಯರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಮನೆಗಳು ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿವೆ.
33The Levites may redeem the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, and it shall be released in the Jubilee; for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.
34ಆದರೆ ಅವರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿರುವ ಉಪ ನಗರಗಳ ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಮಾರಬಾರದು. ಅದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಿತ್ಯವಾದ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವೇ.
34But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.
35ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ಬಡವನಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಷೀಣನಾಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ಪರಕೀಯ ನಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದುಕುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡ ಬೇಕು.
35"'If your brother has become poor, and his hand can't support him among you; then you shall uphold him. As a stranger and a sojourner he shall live with you.
36ನೀನು ಅವನಿಂದ ಬಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಲಾಭವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು. ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬದುಕುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವ ರಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡು.
36Take no interest from him or profit, but fear your God; that your brother may live among you.
37ನೀನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಬಡ್ಡಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಬಾರದು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಆಹಾರ ವನ್ನು ಸಾಲವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಡ.
37You shall not lend him your money at interest, nor give him your food for profit.
38ನಿನಗೆ ಕಾನಾನ್‌ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವಂತೆಯೂ ನಿನಗೆ ದೇವರಾಗಿರು ವಂತೆಯೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಕರತಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ.
38I am Yahweh your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.
39ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ಬಡವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಿನಗೆ ಮಾರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ದಾಸನಂತೆ ನಿನಗೆ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡಲು ನೀನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.
39"'If your brother has grown poor among you, and sells himself to you; you shall not make him to serve as a slave.
40ಆದರೆ ಕೂಲಿ ಯಾಳಂತೆಯೂ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಯಂತೆಯೂ ಅವನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲಿ. ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ವರೆಗೆ ನಿನಗೆ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡಲಿ.
40As a hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with you; he shall serve with you until the Year of Jubilee:
41ತರುವಾಯ ಅವನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ತಾನು ತನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟು ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೂ ತನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಅವನು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಬೇಕು.
41then he shall go out from you, he and his children with him, and shall return to his own family, and to the possession of his fathers.
42ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಾನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಕರತಂದ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಅವರು ದಾಸರಾಗಿ ಮಾರಲ್ಪಡಬಾರದು.
42For they are my servants, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt. They shall not be sold as slaves.
43ನೀನು ಕಠಿಣವಾಗಿ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ದೊರೆತನ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡಬೇಕು.
43You shall not rule over him with harshness, but shall fear your God.
44ನಿನ್ನ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಇರುವ ಅನ್ಯಜನರು ನಿನಗೆ ದಾಸದಾಸಿಯ ರಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಅವರಿಂದ ದಾಸದಾಸಿಯರನ್ನು ನೀನು ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
44"'As for your male and your female slaves, whom you may have; of the nations that are around you, from them you may buy male and female slaves.
45ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಧ್ಯದೊಳ ಗಿರುವ ಪರಕೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶದೊಳಗೆ ಅವರು ಪಡೆದಿರುವವರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು; ಅವರು ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ರುವರು.
45Moreover of the children of the strangers who sojourn among you, of them you may buy, and of their families who are with you, which they have conceived in your land; and they will be your property.
46ನಿಮ್ಮ ತರುವಾಯ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು; ಅವರು ನಿರಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದಾಸ ರಾಗಿರುವರು. ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರ ಮೇಲೊಬ್ಬರು ಕಠಿಣವಾದ ದೊರೆತನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿರಿ.
46You may make them an inheritance for your children after you, to hold for a possession; of them may you take your slaves forever: but over your brothers the children of Israel you shall not rule, one over another, with harshness.
47ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರಕೀಯ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಪ್ರವಾ ಸಿಯ ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಲಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ಅವನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡವನಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರಕೀಯನಾಗಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಪರಕೀಯನ ಸಂತತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಮಾರಿಕೊಂಡರೆ
47"'If a stranger or sojourner with you becomes rich, and your brother beside him has grown poor, and sells himself to the stranger or foreigner living among you, or to a member of the stranger's family;
48ಹೀಗೆ ಅವನು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಮಾರಿಕೊಂಡ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಲ್ಪಡಬಹುದು. ಅವನ ಸಹೋದರರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಅವನನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸ ಬಹುದು.
48after he is sold he may be redeemed. One of his brothers may redeem him;
49ಅವನ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪನಾಗಲಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪನ ಮಗ ನಾಗಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವನ ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಸವಿಾಪ ವಾಗಿರುವ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಾಗಲಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಬಹುದು. ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವನು ಶಕ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ತಾನೇ ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
49or his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or any who is a close relative to him of his family may redeem him; or if he has grown rich, he may redeem himself.
50ಅವನು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಂಡವನಿಗೆ ಮಾರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವರುಷ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ವರೆಗೆ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅವನ ಮಾರಾಟದ ಕ್ರಯವು ವರುಷಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೂಲಿಯಾಳಿನ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅದು ಇರುವದು.
50He shall reckon with him who bought him from the year that he sold himself to him to the Year of Jubilee: and the price of his sale shall be according to the number of years; according to the time of a hired servant shall he be with him.
51ಇನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ವರುಷವಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವುಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ತನ್ನ ಕ್ರಯದ ಹಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು.
51If there are yet many years, according to them he shall give back the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.
52ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ವರೆಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ವರುಷಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎಣಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅವನ ವರುಷಗಳ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ತನ್ನ ವಿಮೋಚನೆಯ ಕ್ರಯವನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿ ಅವನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
52If there remain but a few years to the year of jubilee, then he shall reckon with him; according to his years of service he shall give back the price of his redemption.
53ವರುಷದ ಕೂಲಿಯಾಳಿನಂತೆ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ನಿನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಠಿಣವಾದ ದೊರೆತನ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.
53As a servant hired year by year shall he be with him: he shall not rule with harshness over him in your sight.
54ಈ ವರುಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಲ್ಪಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು.ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನನ್ನ ದಾಸರು, ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶ ದೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಾನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿದ ಇವರು ನನ್ನ ದಾಸರೇ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ.
54"'If he isn't redeemed by these means, then he shall be released in the Year of Jubilee, he, and his children with him.
55ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನನ್ನ ದಾಸರು, ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶ ದೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಾನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿದ ಇವರು ನನ್ನ ದಾಸರೇ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ.
55For to me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.
