1ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವವರೇ, ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಕಿವಿ ಗೊಡಿರಿ; ನೀವು ಯಾವ ಬಂಡೆಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಕಡಿಯ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರೋ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವ ಗುಂಡಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅಗೆಯ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರೋ ಆ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನೋಡಿರಿ.
1Listen to me, you who follow after righteousness, you who seek Yahweh: look to the rock whence you were hewn, and to the hold of the pit whence you were dug.
2ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತ ಸಾರಳನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿರಿ; ನಾನು ಅವನೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನೇ ಕರೆದು ಆಶೀರ್ವ ದಿಸಿ ವೃದ್ಧಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆನು.
2Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who bore you; for when he was but one I called him, and I blessed him, and made him many.
3ಕರ್ತನು ಚೀಯೋನನ್ನು ಆದರಿಸುವನು; ಆತನು ಅದರ ಹಾಳಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗ ಳನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವನು; ಅದರ ಅರಣ್ಯವನ್ನು ಏದೆನ್‌ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ತೋಟದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಮಾಡುವನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದವೂ ಉಲ್ಲಾ ಸವೂ ಉಪಕಾರ ಸ್ತುತಿಯೂ ಇಂಪಾದ ಸ್ವರವೂ ಕಂಡುಬರುವವು.
3For Yahweh has comforted Zion; he has comforted all her waste places, and has made her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of Yahweh; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
4ನನ್ನ ಜನರೇ, ಕೇಳಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ಜನಾಂಗವೇ, ನನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ; ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಹೊರಡುವದು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬೆಳಕನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
4Attend to me, my people; and give ear to me, my nation: for a law shall go forth from me, and I will establish my justice for a light of the peoples.
5ನನ್ನ ನೀತಿಯು ಸವಿಾಪಿ ಸಿತು; ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ಹೊರಟಿತು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ತೋಳುಗಳು ಜನರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸುವವು; ದ್ವೀಪಗಳವರು ನನ್ನ ತೋಳಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟು ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಕಾದುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
5My righteousness is near, my salvation is gone forth, and my arms shall judge the peoples; the isles shall wait for me, and on my arm shall they trust.
6ಆಕಾಶಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಳಗಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿರಿ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆಕಾಶಗಳು ಹೊಗೆಯಂತೆ ಅಗೋಚರವಾಗುವವು, ಭೂಮಿಯು ಹಳೆಯ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯಂತಾಗುವದು. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ವರು ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುವರು. ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿರುವದು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ನೀತಿಯು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ರದ್ದಾಗದು.
6Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look on the earth beneath; for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment; and those who dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be forever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.
7ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಿತು ನನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು ಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಜನರೇ, ನನಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ, ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ನಿಂದೆಗೆ ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವರ ದೂಷಣೆಗೆ ಹೆದರ ಬೇಡಿರಿ.
7Listen to me, you who know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; don't you fear the reproach of men, neither be you dismayed at their insults.
8ನುಸಿಯು ಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ತಿಂದುಬಿಡುವದು ಮತ್ತು ಹುಳವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಉಣ್ಣೆ ಯಂತೆ ತಿನ್ನುವದು; ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ನೀತಿಯು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ರುವದು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ತಲತಲಾಂತರ ಗಳಿಗೂ ಇರುವದು.
8For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool; but my righteousness shall be forever, and my salvation to all generations.
9ಓ ಕರ್ತನ ತೋಳೇ, ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳು, ಎಚ್ಚರ ಗೊಳ್ಳು, ಬಲವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಕೋ; ಹಿಂದಿನ ಜನಾಂಗ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲದ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಚ್ಚರವಿದ್ದಂ ತೆಯೇ ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗು. ರಹಬನ್ನು ಕಡಿದುಬಿಟ್ಟದ್ದೂ, ಘಟಸರ್ಪವನ್ನು ಗಾಯಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೂ ನೀನಲ್ಲವೋ?
9Awake, awake, put on strength, arm of Yahweh; awake, as in the days of old, the generations of ancient times. Isn't it you who did cut Rahab in pieces, who pierced the monster?
10ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನೂ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಗಾಧದ ನೀರನ್ನು ಬತ್ತಿಸಿ, ವಿಮುಕ್ತರಾದವರು ಹಾದು ಹೋಗುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮು ದ್ರದ ತಳವನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದಂಥವನು ನೀನಲ್ಲವೋ?
10Isn't it you who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep; who made the depths of the sea a way for the redeemed to pass over?
11ಆದಕಾರಣ ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ವಿಮೋಚಿ ಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಹಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಚೀಯೋನಿಗೆ ಬರುವರು; ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾದ ಆನಂದವು ಅವರ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವದು, ಅವರು ಹರ್ಷಾನಂದಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು; ದುಃಖವು, ವ್ಯಥೆಯು ಓಡಿ ಹೋಗುವವು.
11The ransomed of Yahweh shall return, and come with singing to Zion; and everlasting joy shall be on their heads: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
12ನಾನೇ, ನಾನೇ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆದರಿಸುವವನಾಗಿ ದ್ದೇನೆ; ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಸಾಯುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೂ ಹುಲ್ಲಿನಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ನರಪುತ್ರನಿಗೂ ಭಯ ಪಡುವ ನೀನು ಯಾರು?
12I, even I, am he who comforts you: who are you, that you are afraid of man who shall die, and of the son of man who shall be made as grass;
13ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಹಾಸಿ, ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ನೀನು ಮರೆತುಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹಿಂಸಕನ ಉಗ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಡೆಬಿಡದೆ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ಅವನು ನಾಶ ಪಡಿಸುವನೋ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಅಂಜಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಿಯಲ್ಲಾ? ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಹಿಂಸಕನ ಉಗ್ರವು ಎಲ್ಲಿ?
13and have forgotten Yahweh your Maker, who stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and fear continually all the day because of the fury of the oppressor, when he makes ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?
14ಸೆರೆಯವನು ತಾನು ಕುಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯದಂತೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ತನಗೆ ಆಹಾರದ ಕೊರತೆ ಇರದಂತೆಯೂ ತಾನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದುವಂತೆಯೂ ಆತುರಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
14The captive exile shall speedily be freed; and he shall not die and go down into the pit, neither shall his bread fail.
15ಆದರೆ ತೆರೆಗಳು ಭೋರ್ಗರೆಯುವಾಗ ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ವಿಭಾಗಿ ಸಿದ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ; ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಎಂಬದು ಆತನ ಹೆಸರು.
15For I am Yahweh your God, who stirs up the sea, so that the waves of it roar: Yahweh of Hosts is his name.
16ಆಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕುವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಚೀಯೋನಿಗೆ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಜನರೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ನನ್ನ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಕೈ ನೆರಳಿನಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
16I have put my words in your mouth, and have covered you in the shadow of my hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and tell Zion, You are my people.
17ಕರ್ತನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಆತನ ಉಗ್ರದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಕುಡಿದ ಓ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮೇ, ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳು, ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳು, ಎದ್ದೇಳು; ನೀನು ತತ್ತರಗೊಳಿಸುವಂಥ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಮಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನು ಕುಡಿದು ಹೀರಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ.
17Awake, awake, stand up, Jerusalem, that have drunk at the hand of Yahweh the cup of his wrath; you have drunken the bowl of the cup of staggering, and drained it.
18ಅವಳು ಹೆತ್ತ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕುಮಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳನ್ನು ನಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಬ್ಬನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವಳು ಬೆಳೆ ಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕುಮಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿ ಯುವವನು ಒಬ್ಬನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
18There is none to guide her among all the sons whom she has brought forth; neither is there any who takes her by the hand among all the sons who she has brought up.
19ಈ ಎರಡು ಸಂಗತಿ ಗಳು ನಿನಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿವೆ; ನಿನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಚಿಂತಿಸು ವವರು ಯಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ನಾಶನವೋ ಸಂಹಾರವೋ ಕ್ಷಾಮವೋ ಕತ್ತಿಯೋ ನಾನು ಯಾರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಲಿ?
19These two things have happened to you. Who will bemoan you? Desolation and destruction, and the famine and the sword; how shall I comfort you?
20ನಿನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರರು ಮೂರ್ಛೆ ಹೋಗಿ, ಬಲೆಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ ಕಾಡು ಗೂಳಿಗಳಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೀದಿಗಳು ಕೂಡುವ ಚೌಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಅವರು ಕರ್ತನ ಉಗ್ರದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರ ಗದರಿಕೆ ಯಿಂದಲೂ ತುಂಬಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
20Your sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as an antelope in a net; they are full of the wrath of Yahweh, the rebuke of your God.
21ನೀನು ಹಿಂಸೆಗೊಳ ಗಾಗಿದ್ದೀ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಡಿದು ಅಮಲೇರಿದ್ದೀ. ಆದರೆ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸದಿಂದಲ್ಲ, ಆದದರಿಂದ ಈಗ ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳು,
21Therefore hear now this, you afflicted, and drunken, but now with wine:
22ತನ್ನ ಜನರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ವಾದಿಸುವ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕರ್ತನಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನೂ ಹೀಗನ್ನು ತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತತ್ತರಿಸು ವಂಥ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಉಗ್ರವಾದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯ ಮಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ನೀನು ಅದನ್ನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಬಗ್ಗಿಕೋ ಎಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಳಿ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸಿದವನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಇಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನೀನು ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವ ವರಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಶರೀರವನ್ನು ನೆಲದಂತೆಯೂ ಬೀದಿ ಯಂತೆಯೂ ಇಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಾ.
22Thus says your Lord Yahweh, and your God who pleads the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of your hand the cup of staggering, even the bowl of the cup of my wrath; you shall no more drink it again:
23ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಬಗ್ಗಿಕೋ ಎಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಳಿ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸಿದವನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಇಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನೀನು ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವ ವರಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಶರೀರವನ್ನು ನೆಲದಂತೆಯೂ ಬೀದಿ ಯಂತೆಯೂ ಇಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಾ.
23and I will put it into the hand of those who afflict you, who have said to your soul, Bow down, that we may go over; and you have laid your back as the ground, and as the street, to those who go over.
